No manager can win here. Its not possible. Frank will be another victim and it'll feel just like Nuno all over again. Can already hear the loud boos when we find ourselves parking the bus at home and being 2-0 downIt's going to happen whether you like it or not. The benchmark, according to Levy himself, is winning the league and CL. So when results inevitably go absolutely nothing like that, the boos start, pundits and press weigh in and a dark cloud hovers.
I don't care who the manager is, as long as they don't get backed, like Frank, the frustration with what's happening at the club is going to be exacerbated by poor performances, and no doubt a loud minority will blame Frank, and Levy has set this up with his ridiculous statement that is looking more outrageous by the day. No manager is set up for success here and Frank will likely be a victim of that.
It's the same cycle over and over again, changing the manager won't do anything, but Levy will sack whoever it is to deflect blame.
I'm beyond fed up of it. Pep wouldn't last two years here at this rate either. I feel bad for the guy and the season hasn't even started. Get settled in ladies and gentlemen, it's going to be a long season.

Interesting pic there...one of the best actors in the world with one of the worst
The similarity with Nuno (who is a good coach in his own right) comes primarily down to a low-key personality and low-key tactical ideas that won't be seen as taking powerful charge of the situation during the difficult times that will inevitably come.I think he’s a better manager than Nuno but it’s hard not to see the parallels
Previous manager sacked and clear holes in the squad, basically zero technical quality in the side and very little threat. No signings of note made for new manager. Levy is clearly setting him up to fail in the exact same way Nuno was set up to fail.
Difference between you and me is I'll be joining in on it if he's been given a reasonable amount of time and isn't doing a reasonable job with the players he has.
No player or manager comes before this club.
One can hope. But I don't see anything changing any time soon. He's bulletproof.Levy has fcuked himself with his comments, and one way or the other, they will make or break him. No doubt in my mind.
I supported him all the way through his first season, then started to shift near the end.If you really believe you were reasonable about Ange then crack on pal
He clearly stated that in that weird interview he did with Vinai. The benchmark this season really isn't winning the league. Levy clearly stated that in the Neville interview...

i think he will be now, that game could be an absolute blessing! it really showed how toothless we are.Nah im fully behind Frank.
He will have learnt alot more during a defeat than any other result.
He needs to be applying pressure behind the scenes to get attackers in.
