We were absolutely battered 4-0, and it could've been much worse only a few days ago. I'd keep expectations in check.I'd be happy with a 2 goal loss..under ange it would be 4/5...just so long as we're not battered...we might even force a draw. Feel bad for TF...1st important game and he's still having to work with what he inherited from AP....looking forward to Burnley though...should win that...
Do you think that is achievable with the current squad? No nor meIf we win a trophy and finish 7th I’ll take it.
No trophy and he needs the 5th from the season before

With respect the 5th the season before didn't involve European football in the mix. The task is more uphill than Anges first seasonIf we win a trophy and finish 7th I’ll take it.

It's the most difficult slate the club has ever faced. That's not hyperbole, it's just the objective reality of the situation.

Eight games against a beefed-up CL plus the deepest PL there's ever been, absolutely

Do you? Okay. Is that because of the 5th place finish the season before?
Hmm. Not a fan of the new guy then? What makes you think the squad currently is good enough?I do think it's achievable with the current squad.
Do I think Tomas Frank will achieve it?
No.

It also didn’t happen after Son left and Maddison was out for a season. New signings will hopefully make up for this but it’s a very tough ask for them to produce what they did in the season we got 5th.
Between them they contributed to 40 league goals when Ange got 5th, and Maddison was absolutely key beyond g/a to knitting everything together and one of the main reasons we started so well.
