He's the only one that has any vision to look long range and switch play.
Dunno mate, Ange’s swashbuckling duo of Johnson and Tel the second half of last year was a sight to see.
Now we were mainly getting up to head for the exits but still they got us off our seats.
I dunno people surprised reacted this. He’s a bit of a golden child at the moment. Guy is a fantastic ball carrier and lowkey can strike a ball but his passing range isn’t anything to get excited about.

The one gripe I have about pep guardiola is how much he can tend to shackle players especially wingers.
He is extremely ocd about player movements, where to move, when to move and specific actions at specific moments. This tends to tie down and limit expression and many players have suffered from this just has others have flourished (mainly no10's)
What i like about savinho is that hes one of these in the moment, freestyle type players that thrive with freedom to express. Everybody loves a silky skillful brazilian.
I think if we can get him, give him that #7 and get behind him he will grow into a sensational player, i see no weaknesses except arielly.
As he grows I could really see him having a similar effect to bale when he used to get the ball in certain positions and every around the stadium would get that sense of 'here he goes, somethings going to happen'. Maybe not quite in the sense of putting it into the top corner but from the sense of knowing he was gonna takeoff.
Plus i think in the champions league, under the lights he and kudus will be great fun and really give us some bite to hurt teams, and get the crowd going, along with the like of palhinha putting in the banging tackles.
