It would be beyond belief and utterly contemptible if reports came out of the club, saying Levy has decided the good start means no/less need to buy.

If anything the good start should give him more reason to ensure Frank gets the players he wants/needs.

Levy brought Frank in. What betrer way to show it was the right thing by increasing his chances of succeeding.

The trouble with this however, is that supporters have no way of knowing what Frank has communicated he wants/needs.

This is always supporters attributing the manager's name to the player that the supporter wants.

The most meaningful quote from Levy's interview:

“He will be great at developing young players and older players and making them better. He gets the style of football we want to play. We haven’t said to him: ‘You’ve got to win the league this year.’ We just want to compete at the highest level.”

Frank was brought in to make the squad we have better. Whether you agree with that or not is fair game, but its clear that he was brought to Spurs to try and replicate the Poch era. Not to expect expensive signings.
