Haven't really had much of an opinion on Lookman other that I was worried it would be a transfer for the sake of it.

Signing Simons changes things a bit for me. if they decide Lookman is more ready to make an impact in the CL this season, I get it. He's an extra not the main event and in that light, I could see him being a problem for teams to plan for when they already have to worry about Kudus and Simons.

Likely because their squad is small and they need someone to back up Harry...also not that expensive and Atalanta want to get rid of an unhappy player.

They also signed Eric Dier who everyone said was fucking shite.

He's been bang average almost every appearance in England and most of them in Germany. 2 seasons at one club mean fuck all.

It reeks of the usual end of window, let's sign any fucking cunt that they can get as they've fucked the other deals up.
 
Not convinced by Lookman at all and serious drop from the proposed Savinho links. Kang much more potential if available. Doubt Villa let Rodgers move. Will be an interesting last day, but no doubt Levy does the usual and leaves the manager and squad short.
