Just taking that posters point to the extreme that footballers conduct is forgiven because they are good at football.

He suggested that Hoddle and Gascoignes bad behaviour was ok because they played well for Spurs.

I took the logic to the extreme. Heavy handed and post is removed now so that'll be the last of it.

My personal view is that footballers should be held accountable, just like the common man, irrespective of who they played for. He opposed this view.

We move on in disagreement.
