We may have been "middling" under Sugar, but we were financially stable and in, by the time he sold, in no danger of relegation anymore.
Since then, income has increased for every club in England and most of Europe. The Premier League has become totally international. Football has become a sport dominated by elite athletes and vast amounts of data. The PL have rules to help prevent cowboys with no money conning their way in. They also have rules to prevent billionaires coming in, pushing up the wage bill exponentially beyond income, and then pissing off and leaving the football club with the fallout.
We're not doing a "Leeds"
We're not slipping back to a bottom half team full of washed up 31 year olds.
We might not win the league. But we're no less likely under new leadership than we were under Levy.

Yeah definitely some dodgy people on here.
But it’s good to remember spurs players of the past and how they affected our lives.
When I was going to St Peter’s JMI with my cats Ossie and Ricky and remembering my mums maiden name of Jennings while we won the double is a great memory or our club! And Glen Hiddle.
