Indeed. Being kind, this game - with West Ham now camping in their own box/half - is absolutely not suited to him.
He breaks lines with his passes. Really don’t think it matters if he stands on it. Other player pass it quicker but it doesn’t go anywhere or they pass it into trouble. When you look at some of Romero’s vertical passing, there generally good combination play after it. He passes into good areas and on the right side of the player. Think he’s very clever with his timing and choice personallyIt is, but he’s doing his ‘matador’ routine where he pauses, statue-like in the middle of the field, slows everything down and then passes to the man who’s been given space.
Needs to be quicker.
Kolo Muani is 6f2 would make sense put him or richi on now(dont know how good kolo is with headers)---Vic---

It is incompetence. VAR is checking the “foul”. It doesn’t check what leads to it. We’ve seen it with loads of other decisions, like the United penalty vs Fulham. They check the headline thing. Nothing else.Absolutely no way that Romeros goal can be disallowed because of incompetence. Can only be corruption, everyone in the world can see it is a good goal.
or put danso in as a cf if we get the same numbers of corners in the second half
