The PIP is intended to provide a structured framework for identifying areas of improvement, setting clear expectations, and offering the necessary support to help the individual succeed. We believe that with the right guidance and resources, you can achieve the desired performance standards and continue to contribute positively to our team.
I will be scheduling a meeting to discuss the specifics of the PIP, including the goals, timelines, and support mechanisms that will be put in place.
With the January transfer window upon us I would request that you revisit our scouting and evaluation processes to ensure we are making well-informed decisions that align with our long-term objectives. Engaging more with our technical advisors and coaches will provide valuable insights and help avoid similar issues in the future.
