its his lack of wanting to cross the ball that is a problem to me, last night first half it was rare for him to cross the ball in
And on the left side England can't go toWC without a left footer, Gorden only has a right foot yessometimes against poor defenders he goes past on outside but its all on his right foot (easy to get the ball off him) so Spence behind him is a NO for me
He played rightback Miles Skelly played leftback not sure how Spence is responsible for him not crossing. Spence's crossing forced an own goal he also completed a Rabona cross's. By the way spamming crosses into the box is statistically a very LOW percentage chance creation. Its not the 90's rusty.

Another walk in the park for England. Farce.
since the collapse of the USSR and the break up of Yugoslavia, there are so many more absolute gimmes in Europe now. Tiny Nations. And now there's Gibraltar Faroe Islands too etc.

In the past you might find yourself playing the whole of the USSR. They really shouldve won some trophies in the past with that population and footie being their number 1 sport for 9 months of the year.

"Graham Potter has said he would be interested in taking over as Sweden’s new manager because he “loves” the country that gave him his first opportunity in coaching."

It is kinda funny that a lot of the names that turned the job down before Tomasson was appointed are now riding out saying that they would be open for it.

JDT did so badly that these managers seem to feel like they have to take the job as a matter of restoring pride.

Next break is November 10th - 18th and then it changes to:

What FIFA fail to admit too is the WC ending on July 19th means the 3 week mandatory player break now runs until a couple of days before PL restarts

So ALL players going to WC are at high risk of injury as the players have no pre-season which is designed to get players fit over a month or so to build up to the level of fitness required to play PL football.

The level of dishonesty from FIFA is also breath taking - there is an international break from 1 - 9 June followed by WC starting on June11th.

A more honest statement is the WC runs from 1 June until 19 July so as to take up 100% of the summer break. Infantino and his mates at FIFA should be extradited to UK and imprisoned for offences under Health and Safety acts for deliberately putting player health in danger. Maybe 10 years hard labour sounds about right,

Certainly reads a clear case of failure in duty of care. Only that gets mangled as they only become FIFA players in International Breaks. Sigh.

Strangling the Goose which lays the Golden Egg. The only solution I can envisage is 30 player squads, to enable much more rotation. Our teams suffer, Real and Barca can weather it as their B players are good enough to win 80-90% La Liga games, the intensity and depth of quality now down the Prem means the effect is much more dramatic here.

I am sure most won't recall but I said some time ago that Bellingham was far too arrogant.

Tuchel is trying to erase that from his character and I like that. It's necessary. I also wonder what Alonso thinks of the approach.

You would think Bellingham will make the Englqnd squad for the World Cup but you need a good blend of characters, and you just wonder if Bellingham can dilute the excess. It's arguably better/easier to leave him out than it might be to try and deal with it.

An interesting one.

Going from BCFC RM AFC certainly seems to have given him a very inflated sense of his own import. Agree with any attempt to cut the me me me from his game.
