Thing with Frank is based on his Brentford back ground and what he’s doing at spurs he does t seem all that exciting or someone you think is going to motivate the team like Harry use to. He obvs has his ways and own characteristics but based the performances thus far especially 2nd half’s he doesn’t seem to inspire much. Talks a lot especially to the subs with that clip board. May be they arnt listening or just think he is a text book coach. Dunno.
Let’s hope so. As I said in another post he needs to inspire the players and the fans. When he joined said all the right things about wanting to press, play on the front foot and understood about the spurs tradition of trying to play attractive football. Obvsly putting his own slant on it but ain’t much of the former.
Said it at the time never wanted him especially for the money. Just look at leave palace have matteta, Brentford got wissa, Brighton got pedro sold to chavs all for far less than Richi who was bought summer 22. Shocking purchase.

I agree and i hope Frank gets time. Part of the positive things that were said about him was his pragmatism and ability to change style and tactics. After Ange thats what i think is best for us. And also, after we won a trophy, i think its time right time to start building a proper squad.
Im patient and dont expect of him or the players to go flying and win every match.
But its been some very boring matches lately. I hope we soon get to see a more attacking and positive approach.

I think the issue is, far too many of our players are not good enough, it's hard to express anything when you have nothing to express.
We just don't have the quality of players we need.
The biggest difference between Ange and Frank, is the Frank understands the limitations of the squad, Ange went gung ho, and got slaughtered for it.
Brent forward last season played so good free flowing football at time, but it took years for Frank to get there.
As some one on e said to me, can't remember who, but you need to earn the right to play football, it's not a given right.
It's what Poch did, it didn't happen over night for him, and it won't happen over night for Frank, but the squad Poch had, was in far better place than this current squad.
