But it probably would have been more comfortable had Doak not gone off. Once he did Scotland had no outball and couldn't get out. There was no pace on the bench to replace him. It's only when Denmark were wrongly made to play out the game with 10 men did Scotland create one or two chances, and even then they relied on world class strikes you wouldn't usually score in a game.

The amount of English people I've seen congratulating the Scots on social media is sickening. Do they not realise just how much they despise us and how much they want to see England fail at any sport?

Don't get me wrong. I think the WC is better for having Scotland in it. It will also be funny to see them struggle so much as they did in the Euros unless they are extremely fortunate with the draw. I have a few Scottish friends I can be happy for. But you would never find your average Scot saying congratulations to England for qualifying.
