Fuck me a fair section of this fan base loves to make perfect the enemy of good.

He's a very competent and versatile defender and has some potentially elite traits.

So, of course you want to sell him. :roflmao:

The way the Prem is going having a huge physical lump up front might not be the worst idea in the world.

That said, the thing we're lacking the most in the squad by far is technique and passing, so would much prefer we prioritise that in the short term. Sure it's a physical league and you need big, fast, strong players but all the best teams do still have a ton of top class technical players whereas we have like 3 or 4 at best.

Until we get at least one technical, passing CM I think we're always gonna be fairly limited as a team. Certainly until Maddison is back.

According to TEAMtalk transfer insider Fraser Fletcher, Tottenham are one of several clubs that have engaged in discussions with the representatives of Elche's Spanish midfielder Rodrigo Mendoza. Woolwich are reportedly considered the favourites to sign the 20-year-old, though the race is described as open, with Spurs, Chelsea, and Manchester City also expressing interest. Mendoza's contract contains a release clause valued at £17.5 million. The Spain U21 international joined Elche in July 2023 and has made 9 appearances and scored 1 goal in LaLiga this season. His contract with the club is valid until 2028, and Transfermarkt currently estimates his market value to be €9.00m.

25 years of this shit yet some still think this is the window where ENIC gonna act like a proper big club, signing world class talent and mentality for top wages...just cause Levy is gone and they said they wanna win.

Perfect case study in people manipulation and brainwashing if I ever seen one.

Can we do this?
Sign Kane on loan on 1/1/2026 to take us out of this mess THEN BM sign Kane back on 31/1/2026

Both transfers within the winter TW.
