if youve watched all 3 play and you cant see how gray is levels above winks and skipp then theres no helping you.
I think Gray is better than Skipp, but I don't know that the gap is massive from what we've seen of both at comparable points in their Spurs career.
Hope that Gray fulfills his potential, we really need this investment to pay dividends.

Cos Romero pushed up , he takes a few steps back and it’s an easy pass , also got Vdv or long ball , anything but the pass to gray who had someone on him .
Romero just needs to take 2 steps back , it wasn’t like he was man marked . Vdv also available for a pass .
Romero moves 2 yards, vicario drops a shoulder opens his body up and plays a pass square across his open goal

Do you remember Winks performances early on in his spurs career? The guy was bossing teams like City and Madrid FFS...he was the best player on the pitch against big teams so much so that Guardiola spoke out about how much of a fan he is and he earned 10 caps for England.
Gray has looked like little boy lost in the middle bar the Brentford game. He goes missing and his positional sense is awful. Gray hasn't looked nowhere near as good as Winks did early on.
Winks also had Poch coaching him. What has gray got.? Last years mayhem under Ange at centre back and right back and only now being barely a regular under frank.
He has a long way to go but hes the least of our problems

This place is full of posters with agendas that quite frankly talk out of their arse. Gray has had every excuses you can imagine to defend him...even when he makes a mistake it's someone else's fault.
Tel is the same age as him, cost the same amount and has the same managers coaching him yet look at the absolute abuse he got on here previously.Got absolutely slated.
How can anyone compare what Grays talent levels to Winks? Is this a joke? Winks played well for a couple of games and was dogshit 90% of the time. I personally didnt abuse tel andi wont abuse gray. If you dont understand young players need time (all of them) thats on you

Winks was very good up until his injury against Burnley in 2017, he then came back and had some good standout performances against the likes of Real Madrid (twice) Dortmund. City etc..
You're remembering the latter years of Winks when he fell off but he was very good for a couple of years and earned himself an England call up - he was quality in the Nations league against Spain
Gray is yet to reach those heights and anyone saying this either has a menroy of a fish or is unable to be objective and can't see past their own agendas.
