Lange, Levy and Paratici have truly diminished the quality of this football team for the next five to ten years, which is just sad.

Kudus is at best a squad rotation option, certainly not a starter for a club that should be striving, and doing well in all competitions. That is much clear now.

I think a very easy thing to miss is the general TRUST players have we each other and the all knowing of how each other will react in offensive displays.
Positive - the player knows when the other player has the ball he'll generally find the path of lease resistance and play the correct defence splitting pass to advance play accordingly. Negative - the player will not find the correct pathway, thus, overtime this will lead to players gradually losing more and more confidence in that particular players ability to play the right ball at the right moment. THUS, cohesive psychological breakdown and dysfunctional team dynamics.
