Aston, as you call them, have probably reached their ceiling given their infrastructure and resources. You would think the trajectory can only head one way from here.

We, on the other hand, should be able to offer him so much more opportunity moving forward with a far greater infrastructure, much higher revenue, and a far bigger global fan base to support it.

Key word here being 'should '

Because we all know that we won't.

good points which i agree with just not with the bissouma one
bissouma made too many personal mistakes which is not franks doing (mistake is maybe the wrong word)
bissouma said in some interview that he has many mental problems ,he has explained his latest misdemeanour was brought on by 'paranoia' after thieves broke into his home.
bissouma is better off if he sorts him self out and become mentally healthy before worrying about anything to do with football

I don’t have a problem with him saying that. Our players make up a mid table squad AT BEST. Nobody outside of maybe VDV gets into a top squad atm, nobody.

Unpopular opinion: Watching Richi try to finish on Sun, Bergvall hit himself with the ball throwing it in, or Vic bungle the ball to nobody, or Bent play his 4 millionth pass backward I’m kinda happy he’s steered us clear of a relegation fight tbh.

No player that can't lay of the drugs should be playing for the club.
 
More ENIC out than Frank out. I was never Frank in from the beginning of the thread. It's nothing personal, our player recruitment is just shite and can't be solved by a manager from Brentford, whose player recruitment was efficient.

Yeah he won't.. But that will be because he wont have any extra games outside the Premier League unlike Ange, not because he's a better manager.

You want to forget that not only were we up to eyeballs in Europa, but we made it to the Semi's of the Caraboa of which we lead 1-0 after the 1st leg.

Be happy that we'll finish 9th-10th with no cup football.

The point was more that it's really boring and unhelpful for people to keep comparing Ange's league season to Frank's league season.

Both were/are shit. We need to move on from the Ange bollocks and stop with the comparisons.

I mean, this is the point I was making preseason. To me, I didn't think it made sense to sack Ange just for 10th with Frank. If you want to sack Ange after 10 games fine, but you may as well bring in an FA Cup winning Glasner, or a clubman like Ledley King, or put Levy in charge of the team.

It literally made zero sense to be happy with a mid-table manager that had zero real European experience and didn't deserve to be managing in the Super Cup or the Champions League.

17th and a trophy will always mean more.
