Things have certainly deteriorated since the final whistle last night. Players arguing with fans, Romero's tweets & the injury news for Kudus, Kula, Bentancur & Bergvale. So posters criticise the owners. Now when Levy was here he did interfere/meddle with football matters but that is no longer happening. Therefore the only criticism can be lack of investment. Yet we have just lost for the 2nd time this season to a team with a crowd of 11000 last night who are just about to lose their best player. They have no non football income and whilst I do not know their owners I would be surprised if they are making up the difference between their income and ours. Therefore Investment is not the reason we are languishing in 14th place. Clearly more investment is needed to challenge for the title but not an excuse for 14th.

If I was a top player or Manager who was being courted to join Spurs after reading what is happening no amount of money would make me join. January transfer window is a particularly difficult window anyway but players and fans are just making it harder. The people making the Football decisions are all employees now and will be sacked if they do not perform but unless we show a bit of unity we will not get anyone better to replace them.

A few very vocal posters are stirring everything up but there is clearly more wrong than just lack of investment. I know the owners were seen at matches at the beginning of the season but are they even in the Country at present?

I was hoping for things to get better but with more injuries this week, Kula further away from playing than previously thought and the negativity it is hard to see anyone good joining us at present. Why would our existing players bust a gut when they get booed and abused by fans both at matches and online? Players turned us down in the summer and it will continue until everyone pulls together. Why would they want to join a club like that. No I am not an ENIC supporter but a very pissed off Tottenham one.

There is one man who could be manager and have the support of most all the fans

No Glasner is going to MU. In fact any Manager worth their salt would not touch us with a barge pole after recent events especially if they think they are in the running for MU.

Going back to a Manager that failed in the past would just show they lack any ambition but to just qualify for the CL. I want a Manager that wins things and gets a respectable League position. Yes we need to be in Europe but not just for the money. Glory before money.

I can reel off all the years we won something but Poch was not involved in any of them.
I aint saying its the best idea, but he could unite the fanbase for a little while

Good post.

Sadly for Frank if this is being read by anyone on the board, they will conclude the manager hasn't got a grip on squad discipline, and that will mean one thing.

We had Mourinho and Conte. Both are managers with a history of winning and we failed to back them.

We don't deserve a manager of the calibre you're talking about. No manager that wins things wants to come to us. Pochettino represents probably the highest level of manager that we'd be able to attract at this point and as such, we'd be stupid to turn our noses up at him.

Until ENIC get the fuck out of our club and are replaced by owners serious about on field success then this will not change.

The Manager does not have to be of the calibre of Mourinho & Conte and the new Manager of Chelsea is an unknown. Poch was only a Manager of Southampton when he came. Arteta is in his first Managerial appointment. I was hopeful with Frank who like Poch had PL experience but it increasingly looks like a failure. Poch however is a backward step.

We ain’t getting an elite manager like Alonso sadly, Poch will most likely be far better than any alternative we can get and gambling with nobodies is getting dangerous now, could end up risking relegation.
