wait... I just did the same thing... :cautious:

We're a team.

Cult of Kosher.

This season is absolutely fucking fucked.

Kudus, Bergvall, Bentancur now all added to Madison, Solanke and Kulusevski. Managers bang average.

Literally over in January unless we go full blown mental in January.
Which we know we won't....

Mickey and/or Romero are due a 1-3 month break now, too

Despite not rating overall the job Frank has been doing, I'll say that those rare occasions where the current midfielders provide some much needed ball carrying or progressive passing really illustrate what we're missing; and also what is possible even with Frank in charge.

A swift turn or a nicely spotted through ball is more often than not the entire difference between going all the way back to the keeper versus getting a shot off or winning a corner in less than 10 seconds.

Believe it or not, we actually don't have a finishing issue: We've scored 30 league goals on an xG of 20.53 in total, and 19 on 13.02 from open play. Both indicate extremely clinical finishing in fact.

Chance creation on the other hand, measured imperfectly by xG, has been a massive issue: An xG of 20.53 has us at 17th to begin with, and 7.51 of that has been created from set pieces.

7.51 / 20.53 = 36.5 percent

The best way to address the issue of chance creation is to get midfielders who could maintain a steady supply of forward balls inside the final third that attackers could work with.

And that's why the exercise of pointing out how many goals / assists we're missing from last season has been a futile one. The ball doesn't get regularly enough to those areas where players could score or make an assist from.

What the fuck has happened to this Club.

The new stadium and the money men behind it have ripped the soul right out of it.

Stadium was suppose to be a game changer?

Still fannying about with transfers 5 years later

From where I'm sitting we've been fucking toilet in it, getting worse every passing month

I remember being so shocked by this, what should be normal build-up play.

I don't care about this season one iota, save avoiding any threat of relegation, so hopefully 2 or 3 stop gaps.

The board need to think beyind the next 4 months. Way beyond.

It happens. It's painful but it will pass. Just need someone to take a grip of the right direction.

I was someone who thought he needed more time regardless of how this season played out, but now I think he needs to go ASAP. Everything about this team is toxic right now and it's only gonna get worse the longer it plays out.

Yet I still thought they looked so hesitent when in attacking positions and moving the ball forward. They looked scared and/or incapable of making decisions passing forward. A huge lack of confidence or lack of ability or both?
