Absolutely. I don't think some fans realise what a doom spiral is created by never-ending toxic atmospheres. It doesn't drive the players onward - it just drives them away.Im not sure you understand what 'support' means mate
Only singing when your winning is not support
Booing players in the middle of games is not support.
Being a 12th man means doing your job and getting behind the team in difficult moments - that's what makes a difference not booing fucking mistakes - are you serious right now?
Of course they are the cause of the issues but they are being 'amazing' in the face of adversity - they are acting like babies
Just signed a contract extension.

Yea it's not bad mate. They have improved and no longer keep interrupting each other. I did chat to one of them about it before and he said they recognised it and were working on it and it's really improved.I listen VFTL & occasionally TFC but tend to avoid the others as they all seem a bit hysterical. Is Echo any good?
It’s on the list for this afternoonYea it's not bad mate. They have improved and no longer keep interrupting each other. I did chat to one of them about it before and he said they recognised it and were working on it and it's really improved.
IMO it's worth listening to
It is seriously like the analogy.Im not sure you understand what 'support' means mate

Booing players in the middle of games is not support.

was excited after the PSG and burnley games, both games were completely different in our setup and was positive stuff, even tho we ultimately failed against PSG, it was a promising start. since then its been the same old shit, its strange, hes been wedded to bentancur in midfield which has caused us huge problems! hes obviously had his hands tied to a degree by not having a proper LB, a keeper who cant kick a ball, and a front line that is absolute toilet, but hes still shown a lack of flexibility and nous. very disappointed, would have expected him to try something different, instead weve watched the same old shit for far too long and its not worked! be brave and try 2 strikers with a beefed up midfield, try something different! watching the same old incompetent shit just turns people off.
Okay, my take on it is that if you play for a big club then there is massive expectation and I think the boos are simply exasperation.
And to change that sentiment we need to change the manager, and sell 2 or 3 players who are beginning to be more trouble than they are worth.
Winning the Europa was great. Wouldn't change it for a minute, but in hindsight it seems to have made one or two of the players believe in the image they have created.
They finished 17th, and should work and be worked to the point of exhaustion to make themselves better, and told to keep their fcuking views in check and show greater respect. And stop being played to teach them a lesson.
I actually thought that was disgusting along with the booing of Vicario and I don't boo myself other than the Ref
However jeering the team as a whole has been going for years, it is not modern or purely a Spurs thing. I can remember the crowd singing that the players were not fit to wear the shirt along with other great numbers, all during the game.
Only last week Birmingham fans were singing, sideways and backwards, mocking their own team.
Spurs fans are no worse or better than other fans , we are all the same.
Other fans don't do it - Man U are a bigger club than us I have never seen their players get boo'd simply for being subbed onto the pitch - and you defending it as if being exasperated is a fine way to treat another human being is pretty weird.
I watch a lot of football, mate - I don't believe I have heard any other set of fans boo a player for just being subbed on a'la Sanchez
United fans boo.
I would not boo our players, but I don't think fans go to games, sacrificing their time, spending their money, sitting in the cold and the joys of travel, at all times of the day and during odd times, to see the same issues that have been present for too long.
It's just short-term release of emption, not really aimed personally although sometimes targeted, but it would not be this way if we were delivering.
And it's not going to change until it changes.
