Really think Wharton would be another really expensive mistake. Same with N’Diaye. Theyre moments players. Whartons a stroller people get seduced by one or two eye catching passes. He’s not fancied for England and I’d bet no big teams will seriously go in for him. Big flaws in his all round game.

N’Diaye one or two bits of nice skill but no where near involved or effective enough for the prices being talked about.

Can't disagree more I'm sorry,

he's a wonderful wonderful player. every time I've seen him play he's the best player on the pitch and elevates those around him.

Special talent.

Every pass is forward, sweet left foot

I think the fees are ridiculous but we must pay them to improve. These two guys instantly improve us. Wharton,Gallagher and Xavi is a brilliant midfield with a bit of everything. Have Bergvall,Gray and Paulinha as back ups and start acting like a big club.
N’Diaye can play both sides and is an absolute handful every time I’ve seen him. Works like fuck too.

Disagree massively, he's always sublime when he plays.

I do prefer Anderson, but I think he's United bound and dealing with Forest from now on is going to be a nightmare. Kees Smit too is sublime, but obviously a weaker league, although his game looks like it'll translate comfortably.

You need much more than just being a passer. That’s all he is really and being a left footer sort of makes it look better. He’s terrible off the ball and that’s in a palace side that is deep and compact. On our big pitch he’d be getting run past all day. You can’t dismiss that side of his game.

We’ve become obsessed by a passer but there’s way more that goes into being a good midfielder/team than that. What really good teams have had a player like that? Especially in England?
