Fortunately nowadays because of Levy I think our fanbase sees through it. They’ve been gaslit so long that they don’t believe anything the hierarchy at the club says. We should always be sceptical.

I would say that since Levy and Donna are gone we should at least give them a Jan and Summer window to show themselves. Fans gave Levy many many years before they turned and although it’s still technically ENIC it is the kids and not Joe and Daniel anymore. Woolwich changed from dad Kronke to the son and they are a different club now.

Yep. We'll know for sure by the end of the summer whether they are genuine or its more of the same crap, just with better PR.

Yeah I agree but he seems a young dynamic guy. These are people in their sixties. Maybe their dad stifled their ambitions and now they want to let loose but I’ll believe it when I see it. Have to see what happens this year I guess.

However, I am not sure how Frank can keep his job if he loses today, the crowd pressure will just be huge. But all the noise in the last 24/48 hours seems like he will. Maybe things behind the scenes really are bad and sacking the manager will destabilise further. Who knows, all I know is that it’s Spurs!

We have been shit for years, stems back to when we first moved to the stadium way before Lange arrived.

We haven't been good for years
As a whole, yes, no doubt. But every change of manager/coach we will always see some styles implemented, some upticks of improvements. Recommended by Lange, 7 months under Frank now, we became turgid shit since 1-2 months into his tenure, no signs of betterment, no style. Players signed under Lange are dull, squad players and not exactly first XI starters bar a few. Both of them are so lacking in charisma, they are totally not the makeup of what a top club should be.

So yes, we haven't been good all along, but Lange, IMHO, single-handedly made us worse and this season, at only halfway, was especially shit with Frank joining.

Do you realise Paratici signed half of this squad and Frank was hired by the club, not Lange?

Ultimately the club are in the mud because of the way it's been ran by the owners and the stupidity of the footballing decisions that have got us to this point.

We have spent close to £1B since we have moved to this stadium and we are a long a way off where we were back then, that's down to general incompetence of our owners and gross negligence of the football club.

We believe in our current squad, but must add more quality, experience, and leadership to compete consistently at the highest level. Doing so requires a more proactive approach to recruitment, alongside a wage structure that supports our ambition.

We are fully focused on strengthening the squad in January where the right opportunities exist, while recognising that the most significant player trading activity typically comes in summer windows. Our priority is to make signings that genuinely move us forward, and we will be disciplined against that aim.

Do it. Honestly, what goes on behind the scenes, the head of finance, head of recruitment, assistant to the regional manager, Kenny the copy guy, terry the goalie coach assistant, blah blah ... I don't really give a fuck. I never paid any attention to that shit years ago and don't now. Not even that bothered what managers say before or after games or what cup they drink from either. Everything that interests me takes place on the pitch and it's been fucking crap for too long. Just get it sorted already, entertain us and then I'll start attending games and buying merch again.

Load of empty corporate waffle

Heard it a thousand times before

We always seem to be revamping things but nothing ever gets better , only worse

I swear every 6 months we get a message about how we are reinvesting and restructuring our academy system for example

Yet the supposed cream of the crop from our academy can't buy a match for the likes of Stoke and Oxford

Just sell up , do us all a favour including yourselves
Great post

If we applied the same energy strengthening the first team rather than the executive we'd do the double every season.

Got deep enough pockets to get execs out of City but not their players. And there in is the issue!!!

At this point I fail to see what they get out of it. Fans don't want them here, they don't know what they're doing.

When they sell, they'll be ridiculously wealthy. All they're doing right now is driving the value of their asset one direction.
All correct except the asset value. Take the Dallas Cowboys. Haven't been to a Supetbowl in 30 years but by far the wealthiest sports franchise on the planet. They are living proof that success on the field has no correlation to value off it. This lot are shameless cunts. End of

The words of Vinai "alongside a wage structure that supports our ambition" that many are dismissing as waffle, according to Capology , Simons at Spurs is on better a better wage than Eze at The Woolwich, maybe change is coming.

There was a good period with Conte when Kulusevski and Bentancur were first brought in. They needed to jump start their careers after being unwanted at Juventus, and we had a top manager, so it seemed to give everyone a lift.

It goes to show that;

1) New players can fit straight in.
2) Players can quickly adapt to a different system, and manager instructions.
