I think you are 100% right, a single philosophy 👍

But that after 144 years we are thinking we need to copy the philosophy of anyone else is the bit I would question. The levy era crap of trying to be Brighton or trying to be, whomever, really wound me up. How about we try to be Tottenham Hotspur ?
The irony here is that the 'Ajax way' was heavily influenced by Vic Buckingham, a former Spurs player who was heavily influenced by Arthur Rowe's "push and run" philosophy, which was really the birth of the 'Spurs way.'

In a way, we wouldn't be copying the Ajax philosophy, we'd be taking it back.

Snakes alive, if he gets a vote of confidence I reckon their could be a riot at the Dortmund game.

When the home fans are begging for the manager to be sacked you’d have to be absolutely mental not to follow through with it
Sitting on the concourse last night waiting for the platforms to clear I looked around and all I saw was apathy. There was some strong booing of Plank at the final whistle and then… nothing.

People had largely given up. The result was almost expected. And that is unforgivable.

Last year at the same time we were having a debate as to why we should retain Ange and the only argument left for him was that there was no one better available and appointing a caretaker would be pointless.

If that argument was sound last year it’d be sound today. The situation is the same and the players are the same, and I don’t believe there is anyone walking the earth who can get a tune out of this group.
