I would fucking love it if when the whole stadium is chanting “we want ENIC out” Romero and a few of the players give the crowd a wee fist pump and a wry smile.

This is why nothing will ever change. Stop buying anything in the stadium, stop buying licensed merch, protests before and after games. I see people on here complain about ENIC, rightly so, and then kicking up a tizzy because they couldn't get a limited edition jersey.
Before I moved across the pond, I stopped going to games, haven't bought merch in God knows how long, don't engage on their socials. Before that, I went to 7-10 games a year, which includes flights, fuel for my 100 mile each way airport trip, accom for midweek and late games, food, taxis, tubes, then jerseys and tops and such. Cost an absolute fortune. I was never a season ticket holder, logistically it made no sense, so I'm not saying don't go to games. But hit them where it hurts.
