ENIC In or ENIC Out

This lot will get us relegated.

Tottenham fans will only appreciate me when I am gone, says Daniel Levy

In a rare interview, Levy described the construction of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as his greatest achievement and hit back at fans who have blamed him for the club’s failure to win more trophies. “It’s one of those situations when I’m not here I’m sure I’ll get the credit,” Levy told Gary Neville

Was he leaving a clue that he was actually doing his best despite the ENIC constraints?

They will continue to do it as long as you allow them to get away with it.

Like all abusers do.
Dark, but metaphorically spot on!

ENIC will find out now what likes of Cardiffs, Hull and Blackburn owners found after making similar mistakes and that is if you over promise and fail miserably to deliver then fans will turn and will turn hard.

Atmosphere at WHL is going to be very toxic for them and they damn well deserve it
It's got to the stage where I'm wishing bad things on the entire lot of them...

Where's that Matthew Harding or Leicester City helicopter when you need it?!😱

Sorry.... They've forced me to change my stance!!

"Oi, Vinai... Leave our club alone....
all-in-all you're just another...
prick in the board!"

OK, not really hard hitting... but you get the gist!
Too light and I am not tarnishing the Floyds name on this charlatan

Sooooo, Vinai can wait
He knows it's too late, as we wave him goodbye (everyone wave in his direction)
He won't take a punt
"Fuck off back to Woolwich," you gooner cunt (everyone give him two fingers)

We are out of all domestic cups, which is the most realistic chance to win something this year. No chance we win the EPL, ditto for UCL. We are almost halfway through the season.
In fear of fans losing interest, seats get empty, ENIC needs to come up with something to convince fans "We are playing for something". What is it?

R E L E G A T I O N

They are going to beat the drums to call out fans to support the team to push for safety. I know it is an evil thought and scary risk. However, for ENIC faced with loss of interest in the season and less tickets, they are willing to take the risk. All what they care about is A-I-S (Asses In Seats). For them, strengthening the squad means put some points on the board quickly, secure safety and then cruise the rest of the season with fans losing interest.

They rely on players (who are fit) to fight for the club, pushed by fans cheering. Thus creating an atmosphere of "we have something to fight for". What Romero's post tells me is, be careful what you plan for. They would easily down arms and let the season go by and let the club sink in misery. They are professional players and will all get out of this football hell once we go down and find another team.

Crazy thoughts but I don't rule out anything sneaky evil and stupid schemes from these buffoons.

to ENIC (and Levy) they don't see a football club, they see a company like any other company and all they want to do is maximise the value for their business
ENIC & Levy worked out how much to invest to get maximum profit,
to them being in top 4 (& CL) costs £xxx and they get back £xx = they lose money
they would rather play for top 7 or 8 and hope to fluke CL every few years

Bottom line:

What fans look for IS NOT what ENIC look for.

Two parallel line of thoughts that will never cross. Someone got to let go and you bet it is absolutely not the fans.

Therefore, are the fans going to let ENIC keep dragging this great football institution to the mud????

Stop the "We need to support the team". "We need to cheer the players", "We cannot walk out while the match is in the balance and we could draw", "Protests will not do anything", blah blah blah.
The fans are fighting for the BIG PICTURE, fighting for the FUTURE, fighting for THEMSELVES. don't be fooled or dragged into a good half performance, or the odd draw or win here or there. If you want success, competition, daring football, STAND UP for your cause for a few weeks. Keep the pressure on ENIC. Stop calling our the manager or any player. ENIC are the enemy.

Who has the top net spend in last five years?

  • Manchester United (£675m)
  • Woolwich (£663m)
  • Chelsea (£651m)
  • Tottenham (£574m)
  • Newcastle (£424m)
  • Liverpool (£420m)
  • Manchester City (£396m)

It is not money but incompetence by those in charge of Football operations including Levy. There are no club trained players in the senior squad other than the 3rd GK.

Our whole football operation is a mess. It starts with a lack of sporting ambition, these owners are not focused on winning trophies, on being the best team in the world. So that breeds a weak sporting culture where standards are low. There is no desire to sign elite players because there is no desire to be an elite team.

Then we have a lack of football expertise within the club, most of the people with decision making power know absolutely nothing football. The few that do like Paratici or Lange are incompetent or crooks. Nobody at this club is respected in the wider world of football.

The internal club hierarchy doesn’t have meaningful input from ex-players, fans etc so these brainless, ignorant executives don’t get proper football guidance or a proper understanding of the clubs’s identity. They are easily tricked by agents/coaches/clubs into spending money on shite.

Daniel Levy also did not see value in developing our own talent so for years our academy has been neglected, to the point where we don’t have a single club-trained player worth putting on the pitch. Not even an Oliver Skipp.

So we end up with the current disaster. Hundreds of millions being spent by totally clueless people who are more interested in NFL, boxing, concerts etc than football success.

I did find it funny that we spent heavy on managers above all else as if the manager could somehow fix the entire issue.

Cheap Director of Football, cheap medical team, cheap players wages but really expensive manager. A sort of 1990’s view of football that an Alex Ferguson could come in and fix everything on his own.

The start point should have been an elite director of football who has a vision aligned with a club that plays attacking possession football. We never did that so here we are.

I remember when the Glazers got Rangnick in and he told them all their issues and how to fix them and they got scared and fired him. Someone like that.

I think that's the crux of it... It's not as if they're not spending money... they clearly are... It's just how they're spending it, and how wasteful they've been...

It's come down to one of three things:

CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE...
PURE STUPIDITY/INEPTITUDE,
OR DELIBERATE SABOTAGE!
