Frank simply HAS to be sacked. We are in absolute panic, red alert mode right now.

If anyone at the club don't understand that, they are either malicious or incompetent.

Even his most staunch supporters must realize the writing is on the wall and there isn’t anything to be salvaged, the team look lost and we have no identity, intensity or idea how to play the game.

Dare I say it, the women’s manager probably gets a better performance out of those guys that what Frank and his team do

One of the most disgusting videos I've ever seen. If his managerial record was an absolute stand out for Lange and the board, they must all be sacked now.

It does feel that there is no coaching when it comes to scoring goals. We don't set traps and we don't seem to have a plan going forward.

There was a very good moment in yesterday's game when Newcastle had the ball at the edge of our box. One of the forwards ran out towards the ball and Dragusin followed him to close down the pass. There was quick pass back and the space that Dragusin left was immediately run into. If the Newcastle midfielder had been a bit quicker, he could have chipped the ball into the space. Clearly straight from the training ground.

Spurs do have a talented group of footballers - but we aren't playing to their strengths. We are continuously playing long-balls; and guess what other teams adopt that tactic? - Burnley, Brentford, West Ham, Leeds, Palace, Wolves - I am sure you see the pattern here. You can kick 1000 long balls to Solanke, Tel, Odobert, Xavi - they aren't going to win a single one of them, that isn't their strength. They want through balls, played behind the defenders that they can run onto; not balls lumped into the air.

Out of posession, Spurs need to win the ball high up the pitch and move quick.

In possession they need the settle the ball in midfield and invite pressure. Draw their defenders out of position with traps and have the forwards run in behind the defenders.

All we do at the moment is lump long balls, or run it down the wings with 1 vs 4 in the box to aim for.
 
He has got to go now. Very real chance we get relegated if he stays. Just get a caretaker for the rest of the season to inspire the team. Reset in the summer. Is there really any other option?
 
I never once heard him saying how bad is the current state. He only keep saying he sees positives and they tried very hard, run super hard. He scores all the right points during interviews but is actually proper shit when doing the job.

He talks a win. He couldn't even coach. Sick of him.
 
If they don't sack him after this one I give up. We've got a week and half on the training ground before the Woolwich game, which is a free hit at this point. It's the perfect time to get in an interim and let them work with the players.

Excusing the international break where most players will be off anyway, this is the longest period we have on the training pitch until the end of the season. We won't get a better chance to get someone else in before it's too late.
 
I watched this game vs. Newcastle carefully. It's obvious that the coaching is the problem, not the players. Even with our "B" squad (due to injuries). West Ham play Wolves next. We play Arseholes. I know this belongs in the Relegation forum, but for the love of the gods, please make a change NOW before things get real. Get Mason in or Heitinga or whoever until Poch in the summer.

West Ham play Bournemouth next in the league, Wolves play them in April.

Agree on the coaching or lack of. I think really it’s his system, it’s so basic, it’s like a lower table 1980’s team.
 
FFS now all the clowns on reddit have gone full Ange-in again. Thought at the very least Frank would be average enough to put that whole conversation to bed and allow us to collectively move on as a fanbase.

Ange was shit, Frank's even more shit, it's all so fucking boring.
 
I doubt we'll get a manager bounce with the squad we have available, but it can bring back fans, better football and motivate the players. Frank can't turn this ship around, and waiting any longer will force the players to openly turn on him. Frank has to
