A resurgent WHU next game, Bournemouth at home. 75% chance of a win?

We are at home to Woolwich, 5% chance of a win.

WHU could potentially be 1 point behind us with 10-12 game's? Remaining.

Which of the 2 sides would you bet on having the bigger set of bollocks to fight to remain in The PL?

I dunno if I’ve ever disliked a manager more?

I can’t stand watching the team, and I detest listening to the man before and after.

Need to do something. Now.

I dunno what.

Right - not denying that

But reason A is why he wouldn't be and wasn't vocal about reason B. That is what we are talking about no?

"Look i know everything up to Jan is my fault cos im a terrible coach, but since then, you got to look atthe board and how much help they have given me"

You want him to call out the board - for him it makes no sense to and really, makes him look like even more of a twat if he did.

Since when does taking some responsibility mean you have to take all of it forever? Football isn’t black and white like you’re making it out to be.

By your logic, the second a manager admits a mistake he has to sit there in silence while the squad has holes all over the pitch, doesn't make sense

And this idea that calling out the board would make him “look like a twat” is backwards. The best managers do it all the time when they know the issues run deeper than just coaching. Even managers like Poch made reference to the fact on plenty of occasions that the squad isn't good enough yet this idiot sits there saying Lange and Vinai are doing 'everything they can' to support him, it's actually pathetic.

What actually looks weak is saying absolutely nothing while the same recruitment problems keep repeating and everyone pretends it’s solely just about tactics.

So no, he didn’t stay quiet because he had to, he stayed quiet because he chose to because he wants to play the political game but let me tell you something a relegation dog fight and/or relegation looks far worse on him and his career than looking like a twat in the media for calling out the owners.

And once again you are ignoring the fact we are in a perilous position and have only been heading one way all season, Jan was a perfect time to strengthen and address the holes in the squad but you had that idiot Lange justifying the window saying we shouldn't be panicking...fucking hell when will it actually sink in?

By the sounds of it, Frank gone.

WOW. They analysed in REAL detail.

With that due diligence, what could possibly go wrong.
  • Never won a trophy
  • Never managed in Europe
  • Plays defensive, low possession football
  • A win % of 35.5% at Brentford in the EPL
That sounds like our guy! Sign him up!!!
What does it say about the other 29 candidates who didn't get the job...

Nah - spoilt kids. Irrespective of your personal feelings, when you’re a professional you still do what’s required. Too many not-really professional performers: minimum is you give it everything.

How many can we look at from the past few weeks and say - yeh - they led by example?

Absolute minimum. Sadly, Frank seems to be like the inexperienced teacher who believes their promises and then - next week - oh, they can’t be bothered to run (Spence) or can’t control themselves on the pitch - again (Romero).

Frank is out of his depth, but some of the players (a lot) absolutely stink in their attitudes and need to go.

Frank is a weak leader and is crap at his job, those people just don't get respect from their people, it's natural human behaviour.

You may call them spoilt kids but if a manager cannot do his job properly in any walk of life then you're not going to respect them, nothing controversial about that.

Main line for me "Crucially, there has been a loss of support towards the Dane internally."

Let's hope this morning we get news

Crazy it's taken this long huh

Their standards must be pretty fucking low for this to finally flip the switch

The players should be up for the task regardless of the manager, and that including show the necessary respect outside club doors, but something has clearly been rotten for a while. And when part of the players, incl vital players as VdV and Romero (in interviews and on social media) shows in public they are not onboard, it's alarming, to say the least.

He seemed to have lost the dressing room as early in november (if he ever won them over).

The question is then - WHY is he still here?

It should happen today.
We're as bad as Wolves and they've already changed their manager.

But I'm deeply concerned our board are so detached, they actually believe this is acceptable even with the injuries.
We were utterly bossed off the pitch AGAIN for 45 minutes. We weren't even chasing shadows for most of that first half.

I don't think the board think it's acceptable. I think they are trying to believe in their process, giving time etc... but sometimes you have to accept the players aren't having it.

Ange was a big failure at Forest, Brentford look better without Wissa, Mbeumo and Norgaard since Frank left.

I tend to agree that we have basically hired two very unsuitable managers but at least Ange was a front foot attacking coach. Yes we have squad weaknesses but my god do we look poorly setup.
People on here don't want to accept this but from around this point last season, Ange gave up on the league. He figured we had enough points to stay up but not enough to get into European spots so his best chance to get Spurs back into Europe was to put all resources into winning the Europa. Rightly or wrongly he chucked the league. Frank on the other hand is trying his absolute hardest to win games and isn't even getting close... honestly this isn't even a debate... Ange was terrible, but he is levels above this clown.
