Since when does taking some responsibility mean you have to take all of it forever? Football isn’t black and white like you’re making it out to be.

By your logic, the second a manager admits a mistake he has to sit there in silence while the squad has holes all over the pitch, doesn't make sense

And this idea that calling out the board would make him “look like a twat” is backwards. The best managers do it all the time when they know the issues run deeper than just coaching. Even managers like Poch made reference to the fact on plenty of occasions that the squad isn't good enough yet this idiot sits there saying Lange and Vinai are doing 'everything they can' to support him, it's actually pathetic.

What actually looks weak is saying absolutely nothing while the same recruitment problems keep repeating and everyone pretends it’s solely just about tactics.

So no, he didn’t stay quiet because he had to, he stayed quiet because he chose to because he wants to play the political game but let me tell you something a relegation dog fight and/or relegation looks far worse on him and his career than looking like a twat in the media for calling out the owners.

And once again you are ignoring the fact we are in a perilous position and have only been heading one way all season, Jan was a perfect time to strengthen and address the holes in the squad but you had that idiot Lange justifying the window saying we shouldn't be panicking...fucking hell when will it actually sink in?

Mate. Chill.

Im not ignoring anything.

Frank is the reason we are in the perilous position.

I dont believe he would have called out the board for something that is largely his fault and would have made zero difference.

He isn't conte, Jose, he doesnt have the gravitas or CV to back up his rants.

It's ok to have a difference of opinion and for someone to think youre wrong.

The only time we chased a top manager in their prime was Conte and we proceeded to disregard how he wanted to build his team. Otherwise we've brought in punts or past their best managers. Levy had ruined our reputation with managers and players, his broken promises and penny pinching had turned most off joining us. Now with him gone, we had the perfect opportunity to show the football world we have changed and are ready to act like we should be dining at the top table. But noooo, we actually have ended up looking like bigger clowns that everyone will want to avoid working for. We need a hard reset and someone running the show that has a total change of attitude that permeates through the club. We are not poor little spurs, the sooner they can get that mentality out the better

Absolutely must go if we want to avoid humiliation against Woolwich, we can get a bounce for that game with a new man in charge... it'll give the players a boost but if we leave it as is I seriously dread to think where we'll be in 2 weeks time.

Essentially we seem to be stuck with Frank because Vinai thinks that “stick with the manager” is some sort of cheat code that automatically turns any manager into a success if just given long enough.

What a simpleton.

wonder if he is still here is because if he is sacked that undermines lange & vini cos they picked him and supported him
surely if Frank had anything about him he would have called the club out halfway though the transfer window to get some players in on loan due to injuiries and time it willtake those players to get up to speed (yes could mean injuried players once fit can't play again this season due to squad replacement but atleast we could have had a few extra experianced players available now)

Why did Levy appoint Vinai? This bastard was CEO at Woolwich for 14 years, it’s like Kim Philby working for MI6, it beggars belief FFS.
Some were fucking loving it when he joined all over youtube and socials. We're run by cowards

Im starting to think the lewis lot got rid of Levy because he spent too much money sacking managers in the last 5 years

It’s 100% because of that.

If he called them out he’d be sacked. He’s starting to now, with comments last night about not having the depth but a week ago he said everyone was aligned.

These players aren’t playing for him. They are capable of more.

Obvious reluctance to sack lol.

My God what the fuck is going on.

It's going to take us being on the brink of relegation for them to act and that could be too late.

Imagine the atmosphere if they keep him and the Goons thrash us.

Fucking hell.

The Lewis family and wider boarder members surely need to put this to a vote today.

Only Viani and that creep Lange will be in favour of keeping him.
