We don't need that many points to stay up, but ENIC have really left it until the last possible moment, and later than was sensible. It all rests on a quick new manager bound with an injury ravaged squad. There is really not much between us, Forest and West Ham from where things stand now.

TBH, although I would have been happy with Heitinger. There is some sense in a much bigger hitter on big money to keep us up. Going down would cost ENIC several hundred million.

Mourinho with the trophies, the aura, the respect and the prestige.

Mourinho from Wish.

The absolute lack of effort from most of them the past 2 to 3 months it's been clear he lost the dressing room

Talks about him never talking to some players and them not knowing where they stood, sounds like Tel which is ironic considering despite his form he always looked like one who tried hard on the pitch

Okay. Thomas Frank is no longer the manager. However, we have several players who have been with the team for a few seasons, including last season with the 23 defeats in the Premier League. So, we have several players who have become accustomed to losing. I think this is something the board needs to assess. Right now, we are fighting against relegation, but for next season, at least half of these players need to leave.

Frank was a big upgrade over Ange 😂

Tbf, 1.12 points per game IS better than 1.0 ppg

Comments on Sky are pissing me off.

'He had injuries'
'Spurs fans are a joke'
Etc

The narrative is completely wrong.

How the fuck is this the fans fault.

I mean just look at out record at home versus the cost of tickets.

It's staggering how the media are portraying this, as if Frank is the victim of the big bad spurs fans.

They all wanted him staying as they knew we were shit under him.

It had to happen - but lets not delude ourselves that Frank was the only issue. We have neen enduring a perfect storm of :
Chronic underinvestment in the playing staff - over a significant period.
Crippling injuries - involving long term injuries to key players
Highly questionable tecruitment - value for money notable by its absence
Lack of form on the part of key players
Disjunction between the fans and the players
Lack of leaders through the team - ie willing to sweat blood for the shirt and able to take charge on tje field
Abject failure to nurture home grown talent.
A frankly bizarre transfer window in the face of overwheming need to bring in more bodies

Just my opinion - but if Im right - its going to take a long time to fix - even more so if we drop.
Club needs to be sold.

Or, rather, we need to force these parasites to sell up.

I give the new guy two games before people are calling for his head.

Whoever he is.

There won't be a new manager bounce as we've timed this to coincide with the best team in the land coming to our ground next game. We couldn't even get that right.

This club deserves relegation, we are run as badly as Watford. Watford with money.

No accountability for anyone in the board for constantly picking the wrong person.

6 managers in 7 years and counting.

Feel sorry for whoever the new bloke is already.
Two? They'll be bitching when we lose to Woolwich in two weeks and calling for him to be sacked then.

So Ange lost the dressing room, Frank lost the dressing room, Conte lost the dressing room.

What happened to professional pride and rolling up your sleeves and fighting for the fans though?

Doesn't it speak volumes about the calibre of player we have at the club that they are perfectly happy to down tools on successive managers and put us in a relegation fight?

I think a good 60% of the players need to go.

I'd love that.

TBH if Poch was coming in, I'd only want to see us keep:

-VdV
- Palhinha
- Gallagher
- Gray
- Bergvall
- Simons
- Solanke
- Danso
- Odobert

If they recover, Kulu and Madders

And then a few other young guys like Vuskovic.

Would be superb to get shot of the rest of them.

Who wants Bentancur in midfield next season? Didn't think so!!!!

Worst Spurs manager of my lifetime.

But let’s also make sure the finger is pointed at those who negligently let this sacking drag on at least 6 weeks longer than it should have.

It was obvious it wasn’t going to get any better. It was obvious Frank was dragging us into the relegation mire.

Unfortunately it was clearly obvious after West Ham when we were in the Transfer Window and had a healthy points gap from that relegation area.
The dozy fuckers hoped they’d at least get to point safety without investment in this period so can bullshit how much money they have for the team which they were never intending to spend.
They all need to clear off for being unnecessary perilous predicament.

I personally blame Honest John Honest John

If he had just posted that quote from Levy back when ENIC bought Rangers like 20 more times, they would have got the message and sold by now.

He's let us all down.

Mate this is 2026, players have too much power now - if they don't like their manager they'll fuck him off - happens across the board.

I don't think Ange lost the dressing room at all actually, In fact very much the opposite .
that was a big part of franks problem imo.

They were just waiting for him to fail
