Whoever it is needs to come in now. Not the summer.

If it’s to be Poch, shows us you want it. No more USA, be here tomorrow first thing.

We need to see the passion, the need to be involved immediately.
Mate, ain't no way he's willing to show us he wants it. The entirety of Europe doesn't want to piss Trump off, there's no way Poch wants to take him on his own. Would be mad. Properly mad. Trump would fire off a dozen tweet led barbs and someone from Kentucky would have shot Poch as he went to board the plane. Then after a call to Infantino we would be relegated to some Celtic lacrosse league for the rest of time

Don't bother, you're talking to the biggest Ange dickrider on the forum.

Anyway, it is nice to see that the club sacked Frank without any contingency plan if they've sent the players on holiday. The De Zerbi timing is really suspicious, but I think it's probably just a coincidence.

Apparently, so-say "Insiders", the leadership team (Vinai & Lange) didn't want to and didn't decide to bin him - it was the Directors & "The Lewis Family"™)

So the lack of contingency isn't a huge surprise. Hopefully it's because we have a contingency to bump them off to the jobcentre too.

Redknapp would be a disaster. This job would kill him.
His coaching badges would have expired too so can’t be a head coach or a manager. I’m only guessing they’ve expired but I doubt he’s kept his pro licence up to date and been on the personal development courses you need to do to keep it updated.

It won’t happen anyway.

Shout out to Sadaam and his yout'.

It's during times like this that the pussyhole cuck footballers we employ need to quickly understand there are other methods that can be employed....

You need to be stopped ✋️ Right now!!!

Given how the season has gone there is no reason for Vinai or Lange to sit safe.

Love Poch for what he did first time round but no, no, no. Never go back. Too much emotion involved, he's not been around an elite league for a while, and he didn't do much with Chelscum.
He was also setup to fail at Chelsea. Too much pressure from the fans and they were against him from the start. Coaches have been successful the second time at a club in the Prem and other leagues.

Poch would be just as likely to succeed with this ownership as anyone to be honest. I’d love him back just to feel the passion of a coach who loves the club, knows the club and wants us to win.

I am so glad Frank is gone and would like to go for two options:

a) Poch: Maybe not the best tactician and manager there is, but he gets the club and sets the right standards. Enough of being happy having a good performance against bottom six clubs while recording two shots on target. If he is not available now due to the US team, get someone in now who can already implement his ideas and brings some belief back. Maybe an interim combo could be something: Mason + X, an experienced head who knows the league and how to scrap results.

b) Xabi Alonso: What he did at Leverkusen was phenomenal. Players will listen to him as he has won it all. A real leader. His system at Leverkusen with 3 atb might be something worth looking at for us. Would love to see Van de Ven, Romero and Vuskovic at the back for us next season.

Genuinely concerned 90% of people on here dont actually watch any games in the prem outside of spurs.

Calls for this ex manager or player that hasnt managed for years.

Football has changed. These guys wouldn't have a clue how to manage in today's prem.

Seriously, get a grip.
Go on then, tell is what we're meant to do?
When you solve that, maybe try solving world hunger, cure cancer and create peace.

Should be able to pick up 4 points from the next 3 games with the right coach and motivation imo
That back 4 is relegation fodder. midfield and front 3 is mid table (and Richi isn't fit). We haven't seen the last Vicario mistake in my view and Micky doesn't look at all happy. Spence body language last night was shocking.

Next 4 games are Woolwich, Fulham, Palace and Liverpool. So we can write off Arse and LPool if that is the best 11 we can muster.

So we need wins against Fulham and Palace with that 11. Are you that confident? This last window fucked us. Spam and Palace did something about their forward lines and we didn't. Hopefully we will be okay as Forest and Brighton didn't strengthen either.

The fact that rumours are that Vivian and Charlie both like Poch, and been in contact with him for months.

But it's not just the manager that needs changing, or Lange, but most of the players can fuck off too and take their BS with them.
