I've never seen a player get booked for "diving" in the middle of the field before that game. Maybe I haven't been paying attention but it seemed like a bit of a con to me

I think it’s clear if it wasn’t already that a strong personality and motivator type might be more important than a tactican at this point. Play players in their correct positions and give them less restrictions than Frank and drive them hard.
