agree with most of it
but i dont get the Heitinga thing why him
also i dont mean to be a dick i just dont know where the Heitinga thing comes from and what he has done as a mangaer?
I’m assuming Heitinga because he’s already there and is a new hire. The only other thing I know about him is the chant the Ajax fans had about him near the end of his tenure - a nice simple “fuck off John”.

De Zerbi is actually just a shit Ange, in that he doesn’t even have Ange’s charisma or ability to connect with players.

If you had told me this is where we’d be in June, I’d have begged you to keep Ange. And I say this as someone who truly despised Postecoglou towards the end.

His game model is way too volatile with our squad as is. We will ship chances in bunches as we learn his “principles”. Even a well played RDZ match gives up a good counter or two, and that’s before we get into his shocking OOP/pressing approach.

A bit out there, but if Poch is not coming back, I would go for a lesser known manager.

My option would be Cristian Titz (cue the puns)

On a serious note, I think he would be a good choice.

Yeah, he plays a 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 and some on here have complained that it don't work in the PL mostly based off the idiot Amorim.

Didn't Conte switch to 3 at the back with Chelsea when they were not doing well then went on a storming run and won the league ( needs clarifying )

Titz plays an aggressive, high-intensity style and focuses on quick, vertical attacks. While often defensively solid, his team can shift to a more aggressive, possession-based approach or a faster, counter-attacking style depending on the opponent.

Titz has published several specialised books on football training methods. ( Maybe someone should of told Ange and Frank about them)

Don't think the fans would be to happy with a 54yo coming in whos never managed a top club

Weve signed enough Titz over the last few years

I quite enjoy Titz

Seeing as he has thrown his hat in the ring I'd like to see Redknapp as interim, supported by Robbie Keane and/or Jermaine Defoe as assistant coaches. Then Poch in the summer. I think our squad is tailor made for Poch:

1. Poch is a renowned FB whisperer and in Spence and Udogie he has two athletic beasts ready to dominate the flanks.
2. Poch and Romero will be a match made in heaven. Argentinian Centre Back connection.
3. He will build strong connections with young talents like Bergvall, Gray, Simons, Odobert, in a similar way to how he did with Eriksen, Dele, Son and Dier.
4. I can't think of a better mentor coach for Vuskovic who simply has to be integrated into our first team next season.

I'm was Happy for Sonny to move on and earn big bucks in the US and be appreciated and leave on a "high". There were many of our fans saying he was past it and we needed to let him move on. He's one player that had we not kept would never have won the Europa League, Ange really benefitted with his presence on & off the field such was his character.

Was this another sliding door moment our board fucked up on and rather keep him for not only his experience but dressing room influence and scoring ability? Guess we'll never know. He always seemed happy playing for us and no doubt missed Kane when he went.

I wonder how many south Korean fans no longer attend games now and fly to the USA to see him.
The sliding door moment is not replacing him with proper quality 2-3 years ago. Same with Kane. Same with Eriksen, Lloris, Walker and Dembele. Squad replenishment has been a disaster.
