Our EL win in terms of revenue directly corresponds into all the revenue we're making in the champions league this season however.
We are making more from CL going into last 16 round than we did by winning EL last year - my estimate €52.585 m this season v €41m last year in prize money.

I’m not defending Frank, but what has Bergvall done to demand a starting place every week? He’s got potential for sure, but I wouldn’t say he’s particularly brilliant at anything.

He made his bed, but I do wonder how things would’ve turned out if he’d came here instead of Woolwich. He might be a lifelong gooner, but he always looked like a Tottenham player to me. Outside of a few decent years with Wenger, that club has always favoured big brutes that prefer to play hoofball. We’re the footballing side in North London. Always felt he was much more suited to us than them.

Was he though? I’d say that was by default more than anything else. I think he’s still got a long way to go before he’ll be good enough to command a starting place every week.
