Maybe try to improve the culture by leading by example rather than being late and clearly not giving a fuck!
Maybe not get yourself suspended for a third of the season.
Maybe set the example in training and on the pitch to raise the standards of those around you.
If you still want to leave, earn your move by what you produce in a game that would also help the club that pays your extortionate wages, rather than try to get yourself transferred by bitching on social media!
