Rules Referees & Impartiality: Can this be delivered on a consistent basis?

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I know a ref who worked his way up to a decent level ( lower league stuff) and he went to a Referee conference where Graham Poll was in attendance.
He was at the bar listening to Poll talk and he said
" If there is a player I don't like I'll book them as fucking quick as I can"
To which my friend walked away as he is so straight laced and to the book its unreal, he was mortified listening to him.
So, are Refs bent? Yes they do what they like as there is no comeback.

Fucking tired of this bollocks. On Gabriel it is a foul. On Dragusin it is not.

When even a betting company thinks it's obviously skewed, the PGMOL must be corrupt as fuxk

And they aren't identical situations, the push today was unequivocally the most significant contact that did the most to take the defender out of the play out of those four.

And again, leave the VAR out of it, the referees need to get these calls right on the field.

The Ekitike one wasn't egregious for me, but the other three were. The phantom West Ham one where no Spurs player even initiated the contact was the worst of the four.
