Because apparently player power is such that 18 year olds on 4.5 year contracts can force moves.

I think we should only even remotely consider selling him if Bayern put in an absolutely absurd, record breaking bid for him. And I highly doubt that will happen.
 
This kid must be crying himself to sleep every night at the the prospect of coming back here.

He could take his pick of top clubs in Europe and he could be playing Preston North End in midweek fixtures

In fairness we have done so much to help him financially and in particular loaning him to Belgium and Germany to develop. We have been very good for his career.

Yeah, being probably the top performing CB in a top 3 league, and going to the championship. Heard Harry is also getting excited by the thought of it and wants to be a part of that amazing journey.

If we were relegated, I would bet my house this guy never kicks a ball for our first team. No chance one of the best young defenders in Europe plays in the Championship.

Danso and Phillips is our future if we go down.

You still have to pay money the club aren’t going to go ok let’s sell cheap especially when their is a market for Van De Ven, Romero, Porro and Udogie. We ain’t a charity and the best young CB in the world won’t go cheap. It would take a huge huge offer

What’s it matter ? A huge offer or Tel levels ? Money won’t go back into the team either way, will plug the gaps for Tavistock / ENIC.
