The support on Wednesday was a different beast to yesterday. Couple of us wished the booers stayed away like they had for half of this season. Our fan base is certainly part of the problem. The sense of entitlement mixed with fragility is painful.

The fanbase has fuck all to do with where we are.

You think City or Woolwich’s fanbase is better, they are miles worse, City’s are lucky if you get a full house and Arse’s boo on a dime. We are just a terribly run club, it starts at the top with a loser culture that feeds down to the players. You can’t run things where property is first and football second then wonder why the football is second rate. Club is a property development company masquerading as a football team.

Maybe if relegation does happen it will be the chance for some younger fans to get tickets. Teens /twenties type age.

I’m not comparing us to anyone else - merely commenting on what I’ve observed at the ground. Our fans, specifically a good number of the season ticket holders round me are exactly what I said. I see them week in week out (or rather when they bother to turn up). Hopefully they’ll get rid of their season tickets if we’re relegated. The members that turn up are generally more up for it and create a better atmosphere

Again that is on the club. Make the tickets cheaper and you will get more variety. What we have done is built a space age stadium, charge high prices to watch garbage. Like going to the Ritz and paying £200 for egg and chips, if you charge more people have a higher expectation. I suspect the prices will stay much the same if we go down and not a lot will change. Even if it does change the fans are not the driver of the football results anyway.

We are a club with shambolic owners, weak minded players and a culture that sees losing as ok. That culture starts at the top.

That’s what I’m hoping. There were a good bunch there on Wednesday who looked like they wanted to be there. I get how frustrating this club has been for the last few years (bar Bilboa) but some less jaded fans would definitely help (at least I wouldn’t be annoyed by the boos).

You can't blame them. The club is charging for steak and handing out toast.

I agree - the club should have a policy that if you skip 3 games you give up your season ticket. None of this selling on the exchange bollox. If you can’t go to the majority of games don’t get a season ticket.

5 points from our last 13 games

5 points

In 15 games

And somehow we need to believe we're going to get 8-9 points in the next 7 games.

Leeds at home possibly 3 points

Wolves away maybe 3 points

Sunderland away maybe 1 point?

Then we start to struggle to even dream that we can get points off the rest.

We can only hope Everton have nothing to play for going into the final game as they're currently playing very well.

We have a terrible record at molyneaux, forget Stamford bridge , Everton probably going to need a win to get Europe on the last day.
West ham are three points ahead of us in my mid because the haresenal will let them win .
It’s done lads. Remember the titanic sank in the end.

You don't honestly expect Spurs to reduce prices do you?

Bring serious we get more games in the championship.
So even with no price change season tickets will work out cheaper per match.
My guess is they will go back to including 2x cup games to add further value. Which you could the. list on the exchange.

Then I’m guessing the club would have to sell at a lower price point to get bums on seats.

Then there’s this to add in the mix.

Junior concession tickets will be available in all areas of our stadium, with the exception of safe standing areas – at 50% of the Adult price
• The Young Adult age category – which carries a 25% discount – will expand from 18-21 to 18-25 and be available in all areas of the stadium, including Safe Standing

So if we see an exodus of older fan season ticket holders - which is the age demographic - a new generation of fans could get cheaper tickets.

Is my thinking.

It’s natural progression.

I know a lot of old ST holders from east and west went to the South stand when we moved purely down to cost.

They were never going to make noise.

We need the youth and noisy older lot in that stand.

We have had 1 must not lose game which was Palace and yesterday was a must win game and we lost both at an aggregate score of 6-1.

We're done, the players, owners and execs deserve to have a relegation on their CV. Complete and utter incompetence and arrogance which is a terrible combination.

The fans are the ones who will ultimately pay for it while all these pricks will get sacked or sold.

He has had a stop start season with injuries but we definitely think he’s better than he is.

For example, O’Reilly for city is streets ahead of him and similar players.
Think a lot of our young players are struggling now. Need the right environment to flourish. They need experienced proffesional players (not the lazy gutless ones at Spurs) to encourage and help them. Apart from Ben Davies theres not many other current experienced spurs players that actually care.
