With respect:

Even Ornstein can’t be privy to the exact wording and relevant clauses of all our players personal contracts with the Club .

And in the unlikely scenario that he is ; he wouldn’t be allowed to tell anyone else about it / them .

There’d be consequences ( expensive ones ) if he did so .

it’s more likely he is aware of the general standard way we do contracts under Levy. He is one of the few people in football who is rarely wrong.

The levy/enic/ange fanboy coalition never learn. Even now they think even if we get relegated we’ll be back in the PL after one season.

Doesn’t work like that. Spurs will adjust their transfer budget to that of a Championship side. Mass exodus of our established players and we wont be able to draw in any top players. Who’s gunna want to come to the Championship? Spurs aren’t going to pay over the odds on wages to entice players to join.

Itll be years before we come back up.
Exactly. Just as ENIC have for years refused to compete on salaries and transfer fees in the Premier League, they'll just cut their cloth accordingly and refuse to compete in the Championship.
It's who they are.

De Zerbi is a square peg round hole. I don't get why people are so excited and confident, given that we have very few players that can play his style of football.

White flag for me. Screams of writing off this season as a lost cause.
I genuinely didn't and don't know much about him but, by most accounts, it was a bit of a coup to get him here and seemingly committed for five years.

I like that he's a permanent appointment. I like what he's been saying.

The only criticism I have is not starting Tel today, who I think has been one of the only players putting in any effort. My thinking is he'll rectify that next weekend and we'll get better match by match.

Whether that will be enough remains to be seen.

I do.

Our players are a higher quality than Forest, Spam, and Leeds. RDZ is a better manager than they have. At minimum, if we match Leeds' pace and beat them in a few weeks, they'll be below us.
🤡

He is probably the best manager we can get at this point but it’s as a rebuild from the Championship. No-one is saving us.

There was a moment first half he charged up the pitch and then ambled back not even getting into position.

I think we’ll be better without him in the team. He does nothing but fucks with the structure of the team. I also think he is one of the most stupid players I’ve ever seen on a pitch.
Vicario, Porro, Romero, Udogie, Bissouma, Sarr, Solanke, Richarlison, Kolo Muani...not one braincell between them.

You don't honestly believe De Zerbi stays when we get relegated do you?

We probably need at least 3 wins from our final 6 games to stay up.

But this is a team on a 14 game winless run in the league, so expecting a sudden turnaround is unrealistic.
Today probably sealed it and we’d need a miracle now as the rot is just so deeply embedded in this team.

I know nothing about tactics; despite having watched football for almost six decades.

Whilst I agree it’s encouraging that HE’s committed to US for up to five years.

Watching on a TV in a pub this afternoon; I saw nothing to suggest we won’t go down .

I hope I’m proved utterly wrong.
