Sponsors. Would be very interesting to see the contract they have with the Club, such as HPE. Do they stipulate that any money or service/equipment they provide is only on the understanding we are in the Elite division. A lot of sponsors will not want to paying Premier League sponsor budgets, when we are not in that league.

Are AIA still our shirt sponsors next year.
Good point, hopefully the sponsors will all pull out and leave this shit pit! Who would want anything to do with Spursy? Embarrassing at all levels.

With a price freeze already announced, I suspect they’ll just announce included cup games as part of the ST if we go down. With that and the increase in the number of home league games, it’ll be a net saving. And maybe another free pint offer.

That’ll be the spin, anyway.

I don't think that will be enough if we go down. If they think that is all they have to do then they are in for a surprise. They've treated us as customers rather than fans for years, now the power will be in our hands if we go down. I'm keen for some payback.

I'm trying to remain positive. On the off chance we stay up I'll be delighted, however if we go down I'll see it as a reset. I don't expect to go back up in one season, but it will be interesting watching us a build a new squad. Finally, no VAR can only be a bonus

If they had any sense, which we know that they don't they would price them to fill out the stadium every week - which will give us the best chance for us to go straight back. Also cheaper tickets for kids to try and generate new fans.
Unfortunately we will be ripped off again and they will try and spin it - 4 extra games and maybe a couple of free cup games.

Sponsors will typically have 2 potential options.

Most will have signed contracts with significantly reduced costs. Think of player salaries potentially going down by 50% if we drop, would not be a dissimilar figure for sponsors.

Some may well have negotiated a termination if relegated. For example if a sponsor is really aiming towards Asian market, and the Championship is not shown in Asia, they will likely have negotiated a free termination clause in that, what would have seemed unlikely, scenario.

If we go down, the many Monday Tuesday and Friday night games will make it hard for me as I travel from near Guildford. Not ideal at all. That said, an upside is it might make it easier to move to another block just due to lower demand

ST prices would absolutely have to come down if relegated. Currently it's all based on the A,B,C categories model. There would be no A or B games so it would make a ST stupidly expensive in comparison to buying individually - even with the 4 additional home games.

For me its the scheduling and kick off times that will do it. Whatever the division I think we'll be seeing a lot more Friday night or Monday night games sadly and that pisses me off.

A lot wont want to lose their ticketing points. The minute you dont renew you'll be back down to 0 points.
...and THAT'S where they've got us!
I had a season ticket for twenty years and didn't bother renewing it two years after I moved, as I now live in Lincolnshire. I have however had a membership ever since. Spurs in their horrible snidey way give a discount to members who sign up on an auto renewal basis, which I have always done. Knowing that we are almost certainly going down I got on line and attempted to stop the auto renewal, guess what, it isn't possible. I had to end up contacting the ticket office who told me they would attempt to do it from their end, but advised I contact my bank. This is typical Spurs
Can you get any spares for Lincoln away?? 🤔

Loads of Saturday 12.30 and midweek matches . I’ve struggled in the premier league to watch the shit we’ve served up . Perhaps if the club was sold to an ambitious owner I could be swayed to get back onboard but I’ve really not enjoyed the stadium experience and I’m loathed to give ENIC another penny . I’m going to give it a miss .

There would be quite a few “I was there” opportunities in the Championship. If you could get a ticket for Lincoln City or Wrexham away for example. Plus Pompey, Cardiff, Millwall and Stoke away would all be memorable.
