Management Johan Lange - Technical Director

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I swear, our club is run like the Trump Administration, a kakistocracy where the board is less concerned about hiring for competence, and more interested in keeping a deep org chart of disposable and useful fall-guys to pin the blame on when everything predictably goes to shit.

Revolutionary idea but have we thought about someone sort after who is doing a good job?

Paratici sacked by Juve.
Lange sacked by Villa.
Kehl sacked by Dortmund.

Even Comoli and Baldini were out of work when we employed them and i think we found Steve Hitchin lurking by the bins.

Sounds good
According to local outlet Ruhr Nachrichten, managing director for sport Lars Ricken – previously a strong supporter of Kehl – was no longer convinced that he “could shape the club’s future positively”.
The main criticism centred on the club’s transfer strategy, which “over the years had become increasingly poor.” There was a growing belief that “BVB had lost their unique selling point of identifying and developing the next top stars early” – a situation which has “cost credit and trust among the fans."
Another local outlet, Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, has reported that Kehl was considered “too slow and too hesitant in his decisions”.

Seen a few comments saying we need someone who fits RDZ style of play and I've been guilty of it too but the main thing is we decide who we want to be.

The well run clubs have their identity and slide new staff/players in to fit that.

We had an identity and we've lost it trying to chase the short term wins.

This farce of the last few years should scare us into finding ourselves again. If we don't do that then we'll keep spiralling.

De Zerbi plays football the right way. He fits the club to dare is to do. If he leaves I want someone with a similar style, it must be possession attacking.

I felt there was something very Trump in Levy for a while.

The big ego, lack of competence, obsession with buildings, inability not to micro manage everything but to be honest you are probably right. The whole board gives off that vibe, competence less important than kissing arse.

West Ham has the same shit with the Dildo twin.
