Manager Mauricio Pochettino

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I like De Zerbi, but man I really wanted Poch back! When DZ eventually implodes, I hope Poch is available and the idiots running the club make the right decision to bring him back.
I wanted Poch, but circumstances forced our hand.

RDZ is is also good choice, so not upset by it all.

RDZ is starting to bare fruits already.

If we go down and he stays, the we will come backup, with squad in a far better place.

The caveat to that is that whenever we start our next new EPL season (be it next season or otherwise); VV & Lange both need to be gone. Only then will we see if the Lewis kids are prepared to do what their Dad wasn't.

I strongly suspect they aren't.

.....and should none of that come to pass; DL & Joe will have been preferable to the current combo.

From what has been said elsewhere (take with a pinch of salt)... Lange has gone, just no point sacking him till the summer, as still need someone to do the day today running at the club.

I would be surprised if he is here next season, and VV.

And the people who created this current shit show, Levy and Joe (coz Joe did fuck all) are preferable?

Like WTAF?

We can’t wait around for Poch. De Zerbi is a good manager and I was wrong about him in the past at Brighton. That being said it’s good to know if we do go down and De Zerbi does leave (I think he will stay for the money) we pretty much have Poch certain to come back.

Neither Poch or De Zerbi are Pep but they are a lot fucking better than Frank. It’s ok to say Poch and De Zerbi are B or C level managers but the club has been hiring E level managers for to long.

Well; all reports I've read claim we're looking for someone to work WITH Lange.

You obviously didn't ponder what I ACTUALLY said.

Still; If you think VV is a better, more capable CEO than Levy you're nuts.

Anything less than a clean sweep and a spend-happy Lewis kids and this gets worse.... Bank on it.

Do people really think RDZ will leave if we go down? Would look awful for him. The chance of taking us back up and resetting for a PL return for a club that has all the potential (but all the clowns in charge admittedly) should be a greater pull than being known as the man in charge when we go down and then leaving.

I'm praying they're just saying this so they can keep Lange working until they shitcan him the second the season ends.

Gotta throw someone to the wolves after this joke of a season. And hopefully he won't be the only one.

He's not leaving because he's being paid way, way above what a manager of his level deserves. They let him sign a blank cheque.

No people are just dooming and coping for a worst case scenario so that just in case it does happen they've already put themselves in a position of disappointment.

Riiiiight, because someone didn't undo decades of mismanagement in one January window... They must be worse than Levy.

I really don't care about VV, he wasn't the one that built the mess of a team, that is causing us the problems today.

Do I want him at the club? No

Is he better or worse than Levy? No idea, as nobody has had no real time to address anything.

I'll say it again, it was always going to take years to sort this mess out.

And if the plan was to see out the season, bring Poch back after the WC, and then start the rebuild with the right pieces in place, then that was a good plan.

No one expected Frank to be as poor as he was, then circumstances forced our hands.

We now have RDZ, and regardless of we go down or not, and he stays, the squad and club will be in a better place.

So no, we are far better off without that cunt Levy, as Levy would have just got in another shit show, that he would never back, and the cycle of shit would just repeat itself.

Frank?

You mean, Mouringo, Nuno, Conti, Ange, and Frank.

Every manager since Poch, has been a poor choice for the club.

RDZ, has first been the first good choice manager this club has made in nearly 10 years.

This is what most fans were saying when the majority of those managers you mention had also just started at the club.

Let's see where we are in a months time shall we? If he takes us down, then I certainly won't be calling him our best manager in almost ten years that's for sure.

Are you fucking insane?

Judging a manager because he couldn't succeed with an impossible task, with a shower of shit bunch of players... And unable to meet unrealistic miracles?

You don't know fuck all about football. So fecking blinkered...

On ignore you go, I can't be debating with brain rot.

Not a chance he leaves. Massive salary. Chance to win almost every week and be hailed as a messiah for getting us back up, with non of the blame of bringing us down.

He’s as likely to move as a Glaswegian who lives above a chip shop.
