I didn't think it was a red and the offside goal should stand according to the law.

The craziest thing about that game is Everton not getting a penalty for the Bernardo Silva incident. There is absolutely no way they can justify not giving it.

we have to agree to disagree
i didn't see the silva incident
just saw the highlights

You can’t “agree to disagree” about an onside goal being given as onside ffs, by the rules it was correct.
i was talking about the 1-1
the player was offside before Guéhi played that back pass
Barry was in an offside position when the ball was originally played by Merlin Röhl.
The Rule: A player is in an offside position if, at the moment the ball is played by a teammate (in this case, before the back pass), any part of their head, body, or feet is in the opponents' half and closer to the goal line than both the ball and the second-to-last opponent.

I made a deal with the devil a few weeks ago.

After Woolwich bottled their quadruple and but we found ourselves 2 points a drift in the relegation zone, something had to give. The ideal scenario was Woolwich win nothing and Spurs stay up but at the time we looked so likely to go down. I couldn't sign any deal that would see Woolwich win a champions league. I'd have taken relegation before signing off on that. But I had to give them the premier league for us to stay up. No champions league, we stay up but they get the league.

We just have to take it on the chin. Its the lesser of all the evils. At one stage it looked like they could win the quad and we'd be relegated. We were never getting out of this one scot-free. Do what you have to do. I'm already blocking all Woolwich accounts and social media everywhere. I'm not even addressing it. I was spamming all my whatsapp groups lastnight talking about the snooker to block out the city result and make it feel irrelevant. I'm not going to watch anymore club football this season bar the Spurs matches. Do what it takes. It won't be as bad as you think but it won't be pleasant. I've a funny feeling they could totally drop off after winning it too. The chase would be over! We'll come out the other side. They've won many league titles over the years and it never changed anything. Football is an infinite game.

first focus is us not going down ( dont care about the rest )
it still hard to say even harder to write but if them wining the title gets us safe so be it

Exactly mate. We weren't getting out of this one alive. There was a stage in the season where they were favourites to win all 4 competitions and we were favourites to get relegated.

If they only win the league and we stay up then you could argue that we got off very lightly. Lets just hope Atletico beat the pricks tonight and we beat Leeds next week. Let them have their league title then but I'm not giving them anything else

Strange to say, but if we stay up I won't be as bothered about them winning the league. We looked doomed for so long that if we stay up I can't help but be anything but happy.

If they win, so what. Will just make their inevitable downfall bigger and funnier.

i still dream of the day when we will play them and win
which makes us prem winners and at the same time they get relegated

If Southampton could beat them, Wolves could draw with them, hoping Burnley and Palace do something and take some points off them. Chances very slim but also not impossible. Let's hope.
Palace play them 4 days before the final of whatever its called now, they will rest players and want to win another trophy, I bet we do't hear any complaints from the media when the gooners beat a palace B team though.....
