Player Djed Spence

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

That’s now Romero and Spence taken out deliberately and the offending player only getting booked.

They will do a review like Brobbey and say it should have been red but that does nothing after the fact.

No wonder the players don't care about the club, the club don't care about the players.

Every other proper club would be shouting the rooftops down about the refs allowing assaults on our players this season, but our hierarchy couldn't give a shit about the football side of their business.

Absolutely diabolical that one of senior Management haven't been in the media about this. Just like Brobbey injuring two of our players in one action. As you say - why should the players care about the Club if the won't fucking stand up for them. Ffs

I just can't understand why nobody from our management / ownership isn't flying off their handle and making a fuss about this.
It's sickening, everything is wrong about this.

Enzo on Palhinha
Trafford on Kudus
Rodri on ?
Brobbey on Romero / Kinsky
Andre on Biss
Delap on Spence

None given as reds. Trafford one not even given as a foul, ran outside his box, handballed it and kneed Kudus brutally in the chest, clearest infraction (s) you'll ever see. That ref (Peter Bankes) later in the season does give a foul for Muani's caress on Gabriel's back / the 2meter stuntman dive. Amazing really.

There is definitely something going on. The inaction of us is getting to me now, it's beyond ridiculous.

Woolwich kept an open dialogue with Howard Webb and the PGMOL throughout the season to discuss corners and free-kicks. = no penalties against, no red cards against, and constant favouritism.

Every single forum for other clubs is talking about how they and PGMOL cheated. Webb is a disgrace to football.

I'm shocked but I'm not shocked. More that it's so blatant. I had not heard this particular story before and now certain things make sense.

For example the bearhug, handball, bearhug and punch in the face was still crazy chavs got zero penalties from though.
Never seen anything quite like what we are seeing these days

There is corruption in literally every other walk of life why do people think there isn't in football. I'd definitely be taking the brown envelopes full of cash if I was a ref.
Not in the PL, man...England is way too righteous for corruption, don't you know.

Spain, Italy, Turkey, Russia, even France...yeah for sure. But absolutely no way our glorious nation sinks to such depths.

The owners are being punished for what they did to Levy. He was a PL stalwart and part of the establishment status quo.

They’re probably scared to make a fuss now. They’re acting like they think they need to take their medicine and wait for it to stop.

Disagree very strongly.

Here is a footballer who plays with pride and a determination to win his 1v1 battle on any given day.

If I were Djed Spence I would be very frustrated about not being picked to play at right back; ahead of the defensively useless Pedro Porro.

Porro's transfer value has been continually protected, by the clowns running THFC for the last 25 years, and their business M.O.
:levylol:

Spence will be first choice right back for Spurs and Porro will be jogged on.

When that day comes it will be a huge step in the right direction.

Both should go in all reality but where we are as a club we are probably unable to bring in better either because of shit recruitment or players wanting to join.

It’s a lack of duty of care from the officials on the pitch to the owners of the club to look after its players. If I’m their agents I’m shouting from the rooftops behind the scenes or getting my client out of the club.

Looks like he's made Englands world cup squad. Hopefully he gets some minutes which will make him easier to sell in the summer. He's not the first player I would sell but I would definitely sell him if a half decent offer came in.

If I were in his shoes I would be very annoyed at my employer not protecting my welfare, the guys had his jaw broken by a clear deliberate elbow, VAR again just fucking ignores everything to do with us! They should be shouting in press about this, and the penalty, every single week we are getting mugged off
:var:
After review, for clearly pointing out obvious cheating and bias, sin bin for Snakes

"Djed Spence rewarded for Tottenham Hotspur and #ENG form"

What form?

Spence deserved that call up tbh.

Played on the wrong side all season and just got on with it. Made one or two mistakes but also had very good games.

If only the PGMOL gave a shit about the health of England NT players, he’d have taken an elbow that got his opponent correctly sent off vs Chelsea and possibly earned us a point or 3.

He covers RB, LB, LW, RM, and at a push RCB. For a tournament squad that’s super useful and he’s very very good defensively against elite 1v1 wingers.

I can't honestly make sense of half this squad, tbh. Have they all even been playing with the team in the friendlies/qualifiers? I don't think some of them have, but I wasn't too interested.

just watching report now. Toney has only played 7 minutes for Tuchel. He is the closest thing to Kane we have, I guess.

I have a feeling we'll see Toney AND Kane on the pitch together a fair bit. Will be good for Kane to not have to battle physically all the time against two centre-backs. If we're to go as far as we like, he absolutely has to be the star man and on top form.
