Fucked off on a jolly?

He’s gone to rehab his fucked up knee with the physio team that helped him recover from the last time our medical team couldn’t help him

Then he’s come back for the game.

Without internet rage bait you’d have never even known he was gone and had more important things to worry about.

Surely you can’t really be that naive?! 😁

Or more likely you’re trying to throw in a hand grenade for the shits and giggles! 😁

If the plan was always to come back for the game, why didn’t De Zerbi say that in his press conference? Or his agent when he was interviewed about it?

Or ... he has so much money he can fly back to Argentina for the day, First Class, to watch a football match.
Or fly back to rehab his knee with physios he trusts,…

Would anyone in this group trust their career with the Spurs medical department?

The injuries we’ve had the last 3 seasons surely at least makes you think twice.

Romero is gone in the summer, the club wants him fit to be sold, that’s why they agreed for him to go.

He’s not limited to the Spurs medical team though is he?!

London has some of the best medical professionals in the world. It’s where I went to get reconstructive surgery on my knee following a rugby injury.

Where did he go to get fit for the last injury?

If you were in Argentina, would you come back to that same London professional that you had successful surgery with?

Again, answer honestly if you can

If everyone's finished having their collective nervous breakdown you might like to remember we have a rather important football match today.

Shamed back 😂

I thought he doesn’t give a fuck about the club?

He doesn't give a fuck about the club. But of course if any player faces a PR disaster, they are going to u turn. Why do you not seem to understand this? It's like you are taking a contrarian view on purpose.

You don't need to be a detective to work out what's gone on here.

Romero wanted to go back to Argentina to watch his home town club.
The medical plan was just a convenient excuse. i.e. I need to go back to join the Argentinian camp next week, I may as well go a week early under the guise of needing treatment, but in reality it's because he wants to be there for the match.
Spurs fans get wind that he won't be at the Everton game and go mental. Spurs ex players, managers and journalists criticise Romero.
Huge shit storm, his agent wades in, they say he was never going to watch the home town match anyway.
Romero flies back to London to be at the Everton game.

The only thing that matters, is that Romero last week, decided he woudl rather go back to Argentina to watch his home town team, than to be at Spurs today to support his teammates. Whatever the thought process in his mind, the very fact that he didn't even consider what he should be doing as captain, shows he isn't fit to be captain end of story.

Nobody with an ounce of leadership quality, would have even considered not being at the game today. Romero has quite clearly shown where is priorities lie, and in fact he's shown he's a selfish cunt.

The needing to go back to Argentina for treatment is and always was horseshit. As evidenced by the fact that Romero is now continuing treatment in London until 1st June.

It was always about his hometown teams final.

I do recall that when you get a knee injury that medical professionals absolutely advise air travel - certainly long flights in a short period of time

So you realize I’m making a rational point and you have lost critical thinking to emotive bollox so you accuse me of trolling.

Funny that happened as soon as you couldn’t answer s normal, rational question

Anyway, Romero is gone in the summer, if you want to say fuck him on the way out, you do you mate. I don’t really give a fuck

That was too long for me.

All I can say, is I know where I’d be advising Romero to rehab his knee. And if you look at our injuries the last 3 seasons, I guess you’d agree
