I think he will look for a couple of forwards, Solanke only featured in fifteen matches and that is unacceptable. We should offer him to other clubs and irrespective of his contract explain that he will no feature next season. I am through with him.

Richy can go as well. No need for any explanations, both have been a compete waste of one hundred and twenty five million.

We can do much better and I think De Zerbi knows as much.

I think Solanke only stays if De Zerbi doesn't get 2 strikers. He is not up to it, now physically and never has been, mentality-wise. It's just too much for him.

Alongside Romero and 2 or 3 others under contract, I think he might be sold.

Season's over mate, you've served your sentence on the avatar bet. Spurs survive and Illini made the Final Four, well done!

It was that enforced change that made us so shit Stateside, I hope you're happy.

Happy for Illini too, they've got one more fan now.

Bergvall & Gray can emulate Scott....or do better if they were also playing under a manager who knows what he is doing.

I want Scott anyway given he is a Spurs fan and more ready made PL footballer.

Tbh, I don't mind buying Greenwood....

but then it will be counter productive for all. Invites unnecessary distraction & drama . He is living a peaceful life with his young family after taking the 2nd chance at life & career. So, let him continue where he is.
We can find similar & better forwards if we pay up

I'm a paid up member of second chances but I think Greenwood would be a huge mistake because it's just negative noises around the club, more than anything else.

And hypocrisy is rampant but nonetheless, let's not create waves that can easily be avoided.

I’d have no issue with that, especially the STs. Richie absolutely has to leave and if Solanke stays, he can’t be a starter.

Practically speaking it can't happen. We have too much to do.

That's before surveying hiw shit the ST market is.

We need to just focus on getting one, much better, player.

Agree.

There are other players with the same or even more ability, that don’t come with the threat of derailing the mood around the team

You should tho.

You know PSG did consider Senesi for a left centerback pick, but want a younger player.
He's a free agent and we are the only club willing to offer him 180k a week. His dream isn't to play for Spurs. He's coming because we are paying the most. Same as Robertson. Liverpool offered him an extension but we offered more.

Lets just be realistic here. Senesi isn't as good as VDV. He has a higher floor than Romero but Romero on his day is a better player. I'm so sick of Romero that I'd prefer a consistent Senesi at this stage, but its not this "clear upgrade" that people are making it out to be. He's effectively a squad player until we sell Romero

Kinda have a strange feeling that De Zerbi could try and get Osimhen. Know he’s on 300k tax free in Turkey, but maybe ENIC will be so shook by relegation they might go for it. DZ the kinda of manager who could handle a difficult character like him.

So that's £600k a week in the UK then (to just earn the same). Plus 15% employer's national insurance. Just shy of £36M per year in wages. Don't think so.
