Reverse it and look at Doku's numbers and Semenyo's

Sure, I think they both have much more physicality than savinho which helps a lot in the PL.

I think Savinho is very talented appreciate the output hasn’t been great, I think a consistent run of games could really help him, his skill level is light years ahead of rkm and tel and the likes

My guess is that most people poohpoohing Sav were

1) drooling over the link last summer
2) pissed off that we didn't get him
3) havent seen him play this season at all (mostly because Pep barely played him)

Most players look shit when they arent playing regularly

Why? He’s not really a centre forward and he’s not really a No 10. Would be another crazy signing especially at that price.
He is the definition of a Centre Forward. It's just that Howe has lost his mind and played him as a 10. There's a reason that when he first came to England he was lethal for Newcastle, and tha't because the team played to his strengths.

We start with a pretty weak forward line of Kudus, Solanke, Richarlison, Kolo Muani plus youngsters Tel and Odobert.

Nobody I can think of has brought in 3 top or even good forwards (each costing £50m- £100m) in one window. Pay much less and you buy a Richarlison look alike - if you are lucky. There really aren't many quality forwards available, hence the price tag.

So upgrading/replacing the 2 weakest forwards in Kolo Muani and Richarlison is as good as its going to get - and that gives us 4 experienced forwards . My guess is that we need to bring in Lankshear as Solanke's deputy and develop him.
Muani is gone. Odobert is crocked. So our starting base (which was already poor) is now worse.

I would be happy with getting 2 of 3 across LW, RW and CF as long as they are the very best available.
No more expensive punts on mistake PL squad filler.

LW is probably the priority assuming Kudus/Kulu are back to full fitness for the start of the season.

Solanke has become a sicknote but would be a good backup when fit. Richy is just dross and must be moved on. I doubt Lankshear is ready yet.

Sign this guy and I'm not watching next season. It's unbeliveable the state of incompetence in this club, Jesus fuckign Christ, they are doing THE SAME SHIT AGAIN? For 3 season in a row now, or more, buying shite players for fees over 50 million, as if we hadn't seen that happen with Richarlison, Solanke and Johnson, is the same fucking history fucking again. Why the fuck can't we spend that money on decent players that are actually playing football like Mitoma or Scott? No, we have to go for a reject or spend on someone with blatant deficiencies on his game, like someone who can't control the ball or a winger that can't drible or beat his man. Jesus, it's so unbeliveable it must be deliberate, I can't stand that shit no more.
You'd rather we waste our time AGAIN like we did last season for chasing unattainable players like Semenyo and Eze all window?
