More than happy to get these squad players in on frees if it means more money to spend on the key areas we need to improve the first 11.

Between that and this new wage ceiling. Should we be maybe a bit optimistic?! 👀

So if your criteria is based on a true winger, then Savinho is the guy. On whatever metric, Summerville doesn't make it because he's the definition of average.

'A true winger' haha Guy's got fekin 2 goals in 53 appearances for Man City who create the most chances in the league, I think you're looking at the wrong player when you say average.

Summerville last season alone trumps Savinho in all the key stats per 90 goals, XG, XGA, chances created, duels, passing, take- ons, recoveries only thing Savinho has over him is crossing and shooting, all playing under Nuno deep block West Ham.

Savinho loses the ball far more times than Summerville as well.

Anyone remember Dibling hype?

IIRC Shadydan Shadydan was captain of the Dibling cheerleading team.

Bigger flop than Gift Orban

But not alone. I thought Dibling looked like a player worth trying to bring into the club, as he looked really promising, prior to his injury.

My concern was the lack of experience alongside 6ray and Bergvall.

Obviously hasn't overly impressed Moyes, to date.

Yes but summerville played far more consistently and if you watch savinho play he is often holding very very wide so not in as many goalscoring positions. Quite often rather than create and express himself on the left he holds with and ends up playing a pass back inside rather then attack.

Stats do not ever tell the whole story and we should know that from our own player right? Richy finds goals but can't trap a bag of cement etc

Those stats are taken per 90.

You're right stats don't tell the full story that's why if you watch both of them it's obvious Summerville is much more well rounded and polished than Savinho.

At this stage I'm convinced that people rate Savinho because he has a Brazilian sexy name and he plays for Man City so he must be good - 2 goals in 53 matches FIFTY THREE, come on man what are we doing here? 😆

Yes they are taken per 90 but if you are playing competitively more regularly then you find rhythm and shake the rust off. Playing here or there for late sub appearances etc is very difficult especially for young players.

I hope we sign him, think he will be great at spurs under RDZ. I think he has the attributes to be world class potential and if he played in France or Spain or somewhere he'd be getting rave reviews with more people wanting him

We can agree to disagree
