Palhinha is a warrior. Every team needs a warrior. We need a warrior more than most. I'd like us to keep him.

I don’t agree with Kinsky on that list. He has more than proved himself. His open letter felt like a farewell, but maybe he's covering both bases.
Personally, I think we have a 1st team of squad players....
Players like Paulinha, Kinsky, Gray, Sarr, Danso, Bergwall, Spence, Tel, Solanke are all fine, but whether because of age/lack of experience, or limits to their ability, are ideal as back-up, and only if you have better quality to START games!
Bentancur, Gallagher, Porro & Kudus arguably fit into either category.. decent 1st team options, but definitely add quality to the squad.
I'd argue only really VDV, Maddison, & Kulu (if he ever sets foot on a pitch again) are our 3 genuine 1st team quality players... Romero would count, but he's probably off in the Summer...
Richy, Muani and Bissouma are just not up to par, and should be as good as gone too... imho.
If any 8/9 of our starting XI from Sunday are on the bench, you'd say what a strong bench, and we have strength in depth...
But to actually achieve that, you need a better quality 1st XI to start with!!
He has only played a handful of games while i like what i have seen from him since he came back in the jury is still out on him.I don’t agree with Kinsky on that list. He has more than proved himself.
I mean more than he's an absolutely IDEAL squad GK (rather than let's say Brandon Austin or The lovely Alfie Whitman... great DJ, not great GK!)I don’t agree with Kinsky on that list. He has more than proved himself.

We need TWO first team quality players in EVERY position...
Kinsky provides that. I'm more than happy if he plays from the start, or comes in when needed... he can be trusted.
but if we get someone else in of equal - or higher - quality, then even better! That's the POINT of squad depth.
Do you suggest that we drug him and keep him imprisoned at the training ground between games? Please tell me we aren't just letting this guy fuck off to Sporting Lisbon when he saved us
I thought you didn't want any foreigners coming here, taking jobs? Sounds very pro Europe to me.Please tell me we aren't just letting this guy fuck off to Sporting Lisbon when he saved us and started just about every game under De Zerbi?
Please tell me... that there is a hope of change at the club and that somebody making football decisions has a modicum of common sense to not let this guy go?

Yes Kinsky pulled off some great saves/performances. Need to be getting in a proper no.1 when Vic goes though.I mean more than he's an absolutely IDEAL squad GK (rather than let's say Brandon Austin or The lovely Alfie Whitman... great DJ, not great GK!)

It was a fairly obvious and simple point I was making if you engage your brain. Here, I'll simplify it for you.Do you suggest that we drug him and keep him imprisoned at the training ground between games?
We don’t even control his contract, ffs.
Some of the illiteracy here is unreal.
More like PapafuckwitI thought you didn't want any foreigners coming here, taking jobs? Sounds very pro Europe to me.
All fucking moot if the player wants to be somewhere else.It was a fairly obvious and simple point I was making if you engage your brain. Here, I'll simplify it for you.
Try to make good player stay beyond loan, offer good money to club, offer good wages to player...good player maybe/probably stay.
Not offer good money to club, not offer good wages, good player not stay.
In which case silly Tottenham...
Capiche?
And you know this how??All fucking moot if the player wants to be somewhere else.
Why are you even here, dumbass?
He’s not negotiating with Sporting because he’s fucking pining for the fjords, is he?
How much business are you expecting us to be able to do?Jesus wept. Best tackler in the league my arse .
Look if you don’t want to end up battling relegation again, these lot need to go. Just because we stayed up by the skin of our teeth, we can’t be giving these useless twats an easy ride.
If had gone the other way and Everton had beaten us on Sunday , you would not be saying he was the best tackler in the pl .
You don't know shit, you're spouting shit. Stop embarrassing yourself. He’s not negotiating with Sporting because he’s fucking pining for the fjords, is he?
Other than the manager calling him a warrior and stating that he 100% wanted to keep him.But there is nothing suggesting we even want to try and keep him.
