We don't know that. If he is this big generational talent that many are claiming he is then he might be the type to quickly adapt every time he goes up a level. He is almost 20 years old and already has performed everywhere he has gone. Looks like one of those freaks of nature and absolutely nothing fazes him

Maybe, maybe not but you cant possibly know that, especially if the likes of Bayern and Barcelona see enough in him to be genuinely interested.

Look if it is truly a brave new world and we can afford Van Hecke, a first team no 6 and at least 3 quality attackers then great but remain sceptical on that.
 
Would be very happy with Van Hecke as Romero’s replacement tbh. Knows the PL, but crucially, knows De Zerbi ball.
Dragusin will surely also be off, so VE/Danso and VDV/Senesi would be perfect balance at CB.

I suspect it’s a deal we would like to get wrapped up early with the World Cup starting next week. It’s a pity there is no mention in Ornsteins article about us going for Verbruggen too.

I doubt we will be selling Vuskovic. Unless we get a crazy offer. He's contracted until 2030. If we sign VH then he likely goes on loan for one more season. Then plays for us 27-28 as back up RCB. TBH given we have Danso, I'd be more tempted to play Vuskovic this season and spend big on no6/8 and a no9

I’d still have Osimhen above Jackson, he’s probably the best out and out striker not named Harry Kane or Haaland. But I think Jackson is by far the most suited striker to De Zerbi with the way he plays.

I think the club knows that which is why we are trying to sign Van Hecke. They are best placed to know if Vuskovic is ready, and if he is farmed out on loan again it's clearly because he isn't.

If there's even the slightest genuine interest from Chavs and Scouse, there's no way this gets wrapped up early. Brighton will try to get a bidding war going - particularly with Chavs involved - as they seem to absolutely love paying top of the market fees when it comes to Brighton.

Thats not to say Bayern/Barca would put him right in the team though is it?

In a way its a no lose sitation for us

Reportedly we bought him for £12m, sell him for £40+ to a Bayern/Barca and we have cashed out nicely

Dont sell him, and we keep a quality player
