Want to state straight away that I don't want to bin the manager. It would be farcical if we did. However, was considering this on the way back from the game today;
If memory serves right, AVB got the Spanish last season with 27 points from 16 games (happy to stand corrected on that stat). We got smashed at City, smashed at home to Liverpool and lost at home to Newcastle.
This season we've been smashed at City, smashed at home to Liverpool and lost at home to Newcastle. We've 11 points from 9 games. Can you see us taking 16 points from the next seven games? If we don't, then Poch has a worse record than AVB from last season. Will Levy give him the bullet for that?

I highly doubt he would do something like that again unless there were serious issues behind the scenes.
Last season, we got the piss beaten out of us by the big boys but we (for the most part) beat the teams we should have. Not working well as well thus far.
We MUST not sack Poch. Support him - move players on.

a couple of days earlier we played west brom at home and managed 1 shot on target, these are the worries
he plays to his set plan and wont change and all this balls of he needs his players in ..you look at what you have and play to there strengths
how often is he up off the bench pushing and directing the team ?

Woolwich are 3 points a head (signed a world class forward), Liverpool are 3 points ahead (Spent £100mil), Man United are 2 points ahead (Spent £150mil). We are not the only ones doing poor.
Poch gets 2 years at least. Allows January and Summer to ship out those he doesn't want and bring in those he does.

to be fair I don't really care much about other teams or even points at this stage ,its what im seeing on the pitch that really bothers me .There has been no improvement from the avb disaster , im aware its still early but we should have seen some signs of things picking up

I am with you on that there is no point in looking at other teams. Does not matter until the last day. But these same players were utter shite last year. I am fairly confident that it is the players. A new manager would change nothing.
I mean our two most promising players this season are ones that were not about much last year (Kane and Mason). Kane did play well the end of last year to be fair. And no offence to these players, but on paper they should not be our best. We have probably 200mil of talent.
if you want pochettino out, then just think, what the fuck will it do, why do we just want to keep sacking managers, a sign of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results, well this club and it's fanbase seems insane as that's all that seems to happen

I wrote above, that I think it is the players we have. They have been pretty crap for 3 managers now. How would a 4th one change that?
I know its taking it to the extreme but do we start questioning when we are relegated ?
looking at the way the team are playing I say its a massive possibility , im asking why not question now rather then when its too late ?
Think we also have to remember that the Europa league actually means something this year, with a champions league position on offer, after all this is what seems to be the be all and end all for prem clubs. If poch does this then the season will have been a resounding success regardless of our prem position, the extra cash from cl will also be the much needed money he needs to buy a decent striker and winger.
