Poch doesn't use DM's. Even schneiderlin isn't an out and out DM.

If we used DM's, don't you think Dembele would have seen more game time?

Dembele is not a DM or at least he is not a specialist DM, he originally was an attacking midfielder for his former clubs.

Yeh I take your point about Schniederlin, I think when we talk about DM we refer to a very all round midfielder with excellent positional play, basically more than just a tackler.

Schneiderlin isn't a DM? just because a player possesses some creativity and occasionally goes forward from time to time it doesn't mean they are not DM's . Yes he's not a tough tackling DM but he's clearly a DM in the Carrick/Alonso mould (i.e. positionally excellent with good creativity).

Poch doesn't use DM's? what are you basing this on? last season and nothing else?

EDIT: Oh and he didn't use Dembele much because he's not very good distributing the ball (And i'm a big Dembele fan) not because he's a DM.

this cup thing was a lot better than what o expected. But the timing is still fucking awful.

And one word about Milan, the difference between actual Milan and Milan from ten years ago are scary. From one of the top 5 teams in Europe in so many ears, to a average to bad team.

I loved Ramon Vega, he loved Tottenham. Didn't stop him from being shit.
im dyslectic are thay related ?

Enjoyed that game. Not getting carried away & there are areas where we certainly need to strengthen (& it's all been said many times before over on the transfer thread) but a lot of positives. Alli looks top notch. Trippier looks solid & can't half cross a football. Chadli has found his scoring boots. Tommy Carrolls goal was also a beaut. All round, a good performance (save for Mason who looked very off the pace) Now let's get the lads home safely & hope that we can do those red fuckers on Saturday

Thought we liked good, nice passing and movement not bad. Of course Man U are a much better team than AC Milan and I expect them to get into U.S. More when we have the ball.

The timing is bad but then again I think it gives less time to get nervous and over think things, so probably won't matter much.

Looking forward to the start of the season.

10 years ago their back 4 was Cafu, Stam, Nesta and Maldini, they had Gattuso, Pirlo, Ambrosini and Kaka in the midfield and Shevchenko and Inzaghi up front.
At least 8 of those would go to a football Hall of Fame, maybe all of them.
